So I just called AAA for a tow I was told that I would have to pay for tows over 5 miles from where i was at. then i was told my distant from my address to where i wanted to drop off was 10 miles when i went i look on the map it is only 6.5 miles distant from my location. This fraud being done.

Recently had my car repaired at AAA service center. Was informed it was battery and alternator. They called to say it was ready for pick-up. I paid the 900$ fee and retrieved my car. Before I even got home (10 min away) smoke was pouring from my hood. Also burnt smell and copious reddish fluid beside vehicle after parking it at my home. Immediately called and returned vehicle. Said was "crack in radiator" which would be fixed at their expense. Also offered to pay for rental car. I accepted. Now they are saying they can't be "sure it wasn't already that way"?? Really?? Refusing to reimburse my rental. Saying giving me "500" in repairs "free". I'm extremely upset about this. Will involve legal intervention if this issue not amended.

I called for help this morning at 1100 from I-26 in Charleston SC. I gave my wife's I.D. number and was told because she was NOT in the car, they would NOT render assistance. I had to put a spare tire on by the side of the road and it took me over an hour with traffic whizzing by. My wife Mary and I have been together for 62 years and probably members of yours for 40 of those years. We're both in our 80s and I am one pissed off old man. I tried my best to get someone on the phone, but now it looks like I'll have to use SOCIAL MEDIA to tell the world how you treated me. Mr. David Jacobson Member #620 111 273113501 5

Hello:

In a nutshell....I went to the AAA office in Hanover, MA as was told by a lady named Lynn that tours are booked through VIATOUR.
We are going to Italy and was hoping she would book our tours through VIATOUR. She said NO I would have to book everything online through VIATOUR. We don't want to do that. Too many mistakes can be made, we've never been to Italy and we will of course want guidance and help. ALSO Lynn told me you had to be a member too AAA in order to get an Italy Driving License. I called back same day - the same Hanover, MA office and ask the lady who answered the phone IF you have to BE a member of AAA and she said "Oh no we can do everything right here...member or no member."

Before I renew my membership for this year I am waiting for your response to my questions. What would you do if it were your family and/or friends going on their first trip to Italy?

I am a AAA member I am also disabled an amputee meaning I only have one leg reacently I needed aaa to tow my truck which is the vechicle on my policy I had my 9 year old with me and we broke down unfortunately I had left the house without my wallet when I called and identified myself and verified with the agent who I was and explained I left my wallet home but that is where I was towing the truck and I could give my I'd when we got there but I was refused service my son and I had to walk home and the next day when I called corporate I was told that was their policy wow I am taking my business elsewhere anyplace is better than these vultures

Was insurance member for 12 years. Had a accident in 2016. Since then they have raised premiums 3 times in a row. Then they cancelled even though I sent pymt. For 2 months no insurance until finally calling me. They rejected my longevity discount costing me $1000. Plus DMV Cost $550. Apparently they were loosing money on me so they axed me after 12 yrs. I plan on letting the world know. Name is Edward Mulreany.

One of your flatbed trucks blew through a completely Red light on Radisson Rd and 109th Ave in Blaine Mn today about 6:35 pm. The license plate I see so many cars that just go right through on red but a truck that size could cause major damage or death.

I have been a member since 1989. Fortunately, have only had to use services a few times which I am grateful for . However I was recently unhappy with service we received October 9 th . We had breakdown on interstate 75 outside Macon , Georgia . We had to pull over on grass verge of fast lane . This was extremely dangerous ,scarey , hot and noisey . It took us 10 mins on hold before we could report incident . We were told we would be given priority as we were on the interstate . If so then why did it take 3 hours ???? .
I would appreciate any insight to this problem .

First of all, I am very unsatisfied and still waiting for the refund since 2 weeks. Agent Tkeyah Williams has given lower amount before she charged membership fee and registration fee($162+$45). Soon after she charged both, she came up with higher amount saying she forgot to remove some discounts.I clearly told her that,I cannot go with that higher price and will not proceed further to buy policy and wanted my money back that she charged for membership fee and registration fee. She said she has cancelled ($162+$45) payment and initiated a refund and I will get my money in 3-5 business days.



Later when I did not receive my refund even after a week, I tried calling AAA and agent Don Nyugen first said he will process the refund, later he tried to convince me for a different price but I said I want my money back first and then I will think about everything else later. After this, he started saying I cannot get refund until and unless I sign policy documents or I have to pay 11% of my total insurance say 1400$. I have signed the papers that he has sent me so that I can get a refund in 2 days as he said, but its been more than a week and I still didn't get any refund. Being a senior SM, I thought he would help me getting refund but instead he was literally unhelpful and I think AAA should not encourage this kind of agents trying to cheat customers.



This was clearly a mistake from your agent giving wrong information and changing insurance price after charging membership and registration fee. I don't know if this was Tkeyah Williams trick to pull customer for higher price after charging. I really don't understand why should I pay when it is not my mistake at all.



I have explained everything in detail in this email. I humbly request AAA to help me with getting back my money.

AAA ,,,,,,,stinks. first they can't jump start your car then the don't reimburse you when you get someone who can. I talk everyone I can into getting a different service after they cheated me

I waited 1/2 hour for someone to answer the 800 nbr for road service today in Walnut Creek. That is an insane time to wait for a human to answer my calls. I understand that the call nbr is in Utah. The young agent said they are busy because it's summer. What does that have to do with anything? . I have been an AAA member for 37 years and this is unacceptable

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! BEWARE!!! My husband and I became a AAA last year. We signed up for automatic renewal. My AAA membership is good until May 2017. They decided to take the money April 1, 2017 WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE or CONSENT. This caused my husband's bank account to overdraft. April 2,2017 my membership was canceled and our account was to be credited back the funds in 7-10 business days. Today makes the TENTH BUSINESS DAY and guess what?! No MONEY RETURNED! Our bank garnished my husband check for late fees overdraft fees plus the money taken out of the account. My husband account is also blocked until resolved. Call AAA today only to learn that they haven't even started the process of returning the money back to the bank and that I must wait an additional 2-3 BUSINESS days before I will recieve a refund. UNACCEPTABLE! because of their negligence, our phones are temporarily disconnected, we have no food in our home and I'm currently pregnant with twins and unable to eat LITERALLY because we can't access our bank account until this is resolved. I am literally crying as not being able to eat is making me physically sick! THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM A LAWYER ON OUR BEHALF! JUST RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABILITY TO HELP IS DEPLORABLE! A LAWSUIT IS DEFINITELY COMING SOON!!! I HATE AAA!!!

My husband had his 1978 Lincoln Continental Bill Blass edition towed, and the Half top flew off the car on the highway and the driver kept going and didn't stop to pick it up!! Didn't call anyone to let them know it flew off!! And now Aaa doesn't want to pay us!! They said take it up with the tow co. !! Very disappointed have been meMyers for 30 years!! They are not getting away with this,they are just blowing us off!! So we are going to contact corporate and handle it!! So very unprofessional!!

I had my car towed and a Mr.Will from alert towing was very glossy eyed and seemed like he was on drugs and very slow something was very off about him. He scared me driving and is a danger to other drivers.

I've been a member for over 20 years and am completely disgusted with AAA. The Bank of America VISA credit card they offered suddenly changed to a MasterCard through another company and I received absolutely no notice, no new credit card, no phone call no email NO NOTHING! My account went into arrears because of this and into collections. Have tried to get this straightened out and to get MC to rectify the problem of their making and have gotten no where. So I have asked AAA to get involved, talked to three different supervisors (should have taken ONE) in "member service", Linda, Toni and Chris and each as said they would get in touch with the AAA department that handles the credit cards and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That started with Linda 10 days ago and the other supers since and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING! They agree, I was wronged, great lip service NO ACTION!

I have been waiting for a tire change for 3 hours. Rude people on the phone. After paying money for 19 years to AAA, I am disgusted!

I called at 4:45 and was told 90 minutes.

Called at 5:45 to report that no one had shown.

They assured me that someone would come within 40 minutes.

6:53 I called back. Got Jennelle. Very dismissive.


I called at 7:02 '“ I asked the same girl to put me back to boss. She asked with an "attitude" for my name. I said that I just wanted to talk to boss. I gave her the name. When I asked for her name she put me on hold. She put me on hold until I hung up.

7:04 Called back. Talked to Al who earlier had told me 40 minutes more. His attitude was much the same as Janelle.

7:28 Someone called from garage and told me that they would be there in 5 minutes.

It is now 7:43. I called back the people to fix my car. They said that they tried to call me back but I did not answer. I had my phone the whole time. They said that I hung up on them. They said that they were still 4 miles away.

On Oct 3, I had a very difficult time getting through AAA in Framingham. I had a slit tire that deflated quickly. I had my 6 an 8 yr old granddaughters with me on a very busy road. I was able to pull in someone's driveway an the AAA nightmare began. I wrote a detailed letter and sent it that day. I did hear from a Virginia twice but unable to reach her since then. I have placed many calls an left messages for her to call back.

She did offer me 25% off my renewal but my bill comes in full price.

Can someone look into this for me.

I called to have my vehicle towed. I have been with AAA since 2013. I was told that yes, they could tow my vehicle, however I must be with the vehicle when it was picked up and then I must be at the repair shop when the vehicle was delivered. If my car is broken how am I supposed to get to the repair shop to accept the vehicle when the tow truck driver delivers it? I suppose I could ride with the tow truck driver, but then, how do I get home? The repair shop is 45 miles from my home. I am totally disgusted with AAA at this point.

I am calling about an issue with the Visa gift card I received upon joining AAA. I was given the card and put it in the paper work with my membership and when I got out the paper work for something this year I looked and found the gift card so I called for the balance and it was almost depleted. I had a 75.00 card and it was almost all gone. I have made recent calls to my local AAA office and the Visa people with nothing but dissatisfaction for any of the calls they won't issue a new card or put my balance back and told me it was my fault for not reading the back of the card. Well I am here to tell you it was not my fault because if I had been told about these stipulations I certainly would have used it. I only saw the front of the card and expiration was 2022. I have made numerous attempts to get this resolved to my satisfaction and have gotten nowhere and was wondering if AAA was willing to help me with this. I also am very happy with my AAA membership and my credit card but not with this gift card issue. It is the principal of the matter that bothers most. I know that Visa could issue a new card or put the balance back on but refused to do so. Could you help with this matter.

I have been a mwmber of AAA for years, and my boyfriend is a new member recently.....I was driving his vehicle and the transmission blew or broke down, needed it towed, but since I have a classic card...he needed to drive almost 40 minutes to give the tow driver his plus card....very inconvient expecially since he would have been waiting on the other end, and we live at the same address. He called at 3 30pm and was told 90 min. It has now been almost 3 and a half hours, and AAA says they havnt even dispatched a tow, and it could be 2 more hours. I want to know how this is acceptable AT ALL??!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with AAA. I AM RETHINKING MY MEMBERSHIP....WHY DO I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP IF I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5 HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK TO SHOW UP. MY BOYFRIEND CAME OUT WITH HIS PLUS CARD AND WE ARE STILL WAITING!!!
