Boardwalk Porsche of Plano texas has been an awful dealer to go to. I have Porsche Panamera 2011 that they have managed to keep for sooo long that I feel I have taken this car to the dealership more often than driving it. You have a salesman who will not return your call and a service manager who thinks it is beneath him not to return calls either. First I was told that my panamera software had to be reset due to a "check engine light" coming on then it happened again and now they say I am in need of a charcoal canister and vacuum pump that is backordered and had to come from Germany. For some reason not one part is here in the states. Why sell a car when you cannot get parts? This will be the first and last car from Porsche. Lexus is a much better product and Sewell Lexus is top notch in their service. Year after year they have won awards for this recognition. And they deliver or pickup your car to service for convenience! When you pay for a car worth $85000 one does not expect that you be given a Hertz rental car nor an Audi for that matter. I cannot imagine JD power rating Porsche as number 1. That is such an under statement!
