I have been a valuable customer since 1985. Never did I want to switch to a different institution. I'm so not satisfied now that I am in the process of switching banks. You all have caused such a disservice to me I've had enough. On the 29th of September I reported my debit card lost. The person I spoke to assured me that they had ordered me a new one. Sadly they did not. Since that time I have spoken to 3 others all of which informed me no card was ordered. It finally got ordered it will be 2 weeks before I get it. I will no longer bank with you starting the 2nd week of November. And my son will be switching as well. I'm tired of playing your game!
