I have called for 3 days straight and keep getting blown off basically. Been on hold for 52 minutes waiting for an update after speaking with an agent to them sending 3 service requests to the same vendor within 2 minutes time and the vendor calling AHS about the request. They say some stupid stuff about a "swearing policy" and "I understand your frustration. Apparently they don't care about customer service but take your money monthly. Supposedly a supervisor will call me in 24 hr but from what I've read here, I won't hold my breath. It looks like my best option is paying someone else to finish the job and sue this company for damages as well as pain and suffering. This is mentally stressful!!!! I will list and write complaints everywhere possible and stop using ASH.
