It´s terribly hard NOT to use profanity after dealing with uscis website. Why does one have to call you, going through the usual purgatory of screwed up selections (your phone system is inconsistent, too) to find out that My Case Status doesn´t include information for ASC appointments after filing I751? Do you not have an IT person smart enough to put that note on the website after one punches in his receipt number? Think of the time you could save people who are away from home when the notice of ASC appointment comes and they have to wait to return to see it? This website itself is supposedly for comments on your main website, yet you have nothing here before this space directing one to give feedback. On the main site, checking My Status, one cannot read the information for the various categories of processing and scroll down without losing the information in beige background. When one selects English, the My Case needs one and two more times before it changes from Spanish to English. When one puts in his receipt number on the home page for My Case Status, it´s often lost when the dumb ass system goes over to the My Case page. You guys are pathetic and stupid, really so! You don´t think ahead on anything to facilitate the person online. Your system has rendered me NOTHING but frustration and anger. It needs to be destroyed and started over.
