Still trying to settle from an accident occurring in April 2010 and we're now in December. The claims adjuster does not return calls and when we finally get a hold of him, he does not acknowledge that we left a message on his voice mail. Now trying to contact a supervisor and even that person does not return 3 calls made to her in one day. Frustration, frustration, and frustration. Once this is settled this family is switching to another insurance company.
