I've written to [email protected] so many times concerning my lost luggage, but everytime, I received a message mail did not received.
I took a flight from shanghai pudong to KLIA on feb 11th on flight MH 387. Checked in 2 luggage' and only received 1 at KLIA. Reported, but the lady at the counter requested me to write In officially. However,, Malaysia airlines failed to received my mail.
Please let me know whom I can reach to trace my baggage and the email address.
