I missed a couple payments due to unforeseen circumstances and hurricane issues. I called to try to make arrangements and was told acct. has been closed and they would probably turn me over to collections. They said I had to open a new account and would have to make 3 payments of $213.00 because of the closed acct. I'm upset about this as I received a collections notice in mail today. Why when I tried to make it right and they wouldn't let me. when my new contract is up, I'll take my business elsewhere and not give home shield the great reviews that I felt before.

I will not recommend Home Shield to anyone. I'm a 72 year old widow and need someone that will work with me.
