Welll, here we are with our internet going out for the 3rd time in 9 days
They scheduled a service call in 5 days on Tuesday! Service will be out more than on. I asked for an expedited or sooner appointment and they were to call to try to do
Called back and a supervisor said they would email a field supervisor and call me back, he never called. The field supervisor never called and the original repairmsmon the second repair gave me his cell and said call him if any problems. Called him and he returned none of my calls.
So they have a monopoly here and could care less about service.
Not a happy camper.
