Tonight I needed a star wrench to fix a taillight that had just gone out. So I stopped at your store @ 3408 Union Ave. The doors were locked & they were supposed to be open for 13 more minutes, so I knocked & a clerk walked over to unlock door for myself and a guy that had pulled in after me. Both emloyees were extremely rude 1 saying I want to go home you will have to ask him. So I followed him down an isle as he was doing something I haven't a clue - so I asked him where the star screw driver or socket & insert - he had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't shy to tell me so. These employees were rude and had no idea what the parts are in the store. In my opinion I would check to see what two guys were too busy wanting to go home instead of helping myself or the man that walked in behind me. This happened on 2/11/18. I will never return to an autozone ever. In my opinion these two non professional guys should not be working in your store, locking doors early like they own the place etc.
