I will NEVER buy an HP product again! I own my business and would NEVER put my customers through this kind of ridiculous nonsense! WORST customer service that I have dealt with in a very long time!

I use FedEx for shipping and yes, there is a faster way. Considering this is a hardware issue, expedited shipping for my inconvenience as a customer would be appreciated. Who do I need to contact to make this happen?

That's ridiculous! This is not MY fault. This is a company hardware mistake. I would never expect my customer's to pay for expedited shipping if my company made an error with our products.
