Today i had the worst experience ever with boost. I decided to switch my service back to boost. After 2 hrs of being in the store trying to find a representative that knew how to switch my number and my sons number to our new phone we were bpth told that it was impossible and we would lose both numbers so after 2 hrs i agreed to the number change just to be able to leave and return to work. 10minutes after leaving the store both phone quit working.so i had to return only to find out that my sons number was attached to my phone and i was told to keep that number and use it i explained that i did not want that number and asked to speak to a supervisor after 10 minutes on hold i was told no supervisor was available. Finally after 6 hrs of dealing with complete bs the owner of the store came by the way the store was awesome my trouble was with customer service only. He was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes.
