I've been a member for over 20 years and am completely disgusted with AAA. The Bank of America VISA credit card they offered suddenly changed to a MasterCard through another company and I received absolutely no notice, no new credit card, no phone call no email NO NOTHING! My account went into arrears because of this and into collections. Have tried to get this straightened out and to get MC to rectify the problem of their making and have gotten no where. So I have asked AAA to get involved, talked to three different supervisors (should have taken ONE) in "member service", Linda, Toni and Chris and each as said they would get in touch with the AAA department that handles the credit cards and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That started with Linda 10 days ago and the other supers since and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING! They agree, I was wronged, great lip service NO ACTION!
