May 29 2016, I made an appointment for oil change at Kia of Covina, the staff that works there specially the employees that help the customers were very disrespectful they were using profanity and constantly fighting amongst each other, total lack of respec and professionalism I waited 3 hours for my car just an oil change I actually had to look for my car because the employees did not had a clue. I definitely never going back to that dealer and probably never by a Kia again.
