We bundled our phone and internet service with TWC cable recently. We never had problems with either our phone (AT&T) or internet (Verizon). The bundled service was cheaper.

The TW technician installed our new router at one end of our apartment. When he left we immediately discovered that we had no internet service even in the next room. Why did he not install the router in the middle, where it was previously? We called and made another appointment. The second technician installed a second router instead of an extender. So, our mobile devices lost internet connection, or worked intermittently, because they are evidently getting confused between the two routers. So, after at least an hour on the phone and discussion with three individuals, an appointment was made for another technician to come today between 4 and 5 PM to install an extender. At 3:30 PM an automated phone message informed us that he was on his way. At 4:55 PM we called to find out why he had not shown up. We were told that we had cancelled!!! Then the same person told us that he had arrived and nobody was home. Not true: we were home all day. (Which was it-not home or we cancelled?)

Now we are trying to make another appointment.

Also, our son cannot call us on his land-line. He gets a message that our number is not in service. He CAN call us with his cell phone. I am going to look into cancelling this horrendous service! Folks, stay away from TW.
