I (was) a DIEGO HARD Motorola Fan. I've had almost every Smart phone (Droid). And up til NOW they have been GREAT. With that said your Customer service SUCKS. They can't speak English. I just sold a Samsung Note 4. ORDERED a turbo 2. Had to wait a week and half cause it was custom. Then finally got it. LOVED it INIALY. Then it would not hold a charge long. Wow imagine that. Then the last 2 days before returning it. It got so DAM hot it would BURN you. I'd have to send it back to China wait and be out a phone for ???long. Unacceptable.I'm Manager for Home depot. Tons of contractor phone numbers in it. Went back to Verizon. Seems like other people having the same problem. So ounce again back with Samsung. I now have lost ALL faith in your products. I waited so long just to be disapointed. I now want all Motorola products gone from My House. And place of Work. Very disappointed.
