Here's my experience with the NVIDIA customer service. For returning nvidia tablet after the recall which got defected. The problem was it won't turn on. They all told me to ship the defected so we can give you a replacement tablet. I told them i don't have UPS box anymore and don't know what is the shipping address. "3 different emails and days, 1 email each day" kept asking them where can i ship it to? I decided to ship the tablet from tablet box address and i gave them the link to product. After the product was delivered about week and a half. Now they gave a RMA request to return their product which i can't anymore. Its now consider lost
