Bought an Audi TTS that did not come equiped as indicated on the window sticker. Specifically, the Prestige Package has the navigation system with a 6-disc cd player. The car did not come with a cd player. After numerous calls to Audi of America I was given a "one-time" offer. The dealer agreed to deduct 20% off the labor cost and 40% off the cost of a new cd - then I would pay the difference to get the CD that is listed as part of the equipment the car was supposed to come with. I declined the offer of paying a second time for something that I paid for with the purchase of the car. Federal law requires that the window sticker reflect exactly how the car is equiped. Audi of America and Bell Audi of Edison don't give a damn.
