Dell customer service refuses to refund our money despite purchasing an extended 3 year warranty and premium phone service. My son's INSPIRON lap top has a thermal problem. Have had HD replaced twice, mother board 3 times, Fan replaced. Battery replaced twice. He cannot keep up with his school work with his computer always being repaired. I need to return it and DELL refuses to help despite our purchase of extended warranty! Their customer service people passed me around 7 times today and wasted over an hour of my time to end up saying "sorry - read the policy." I intend to put as much as possible into public domain until DELL agrees to refund our money.
