You're customer service that I have received has been terrible. I sent e-mails. They were not responded to in an appropriate way. The person did not answer the questions. I pointed it out several times and it made no difference. Then I HAD to BUT your premium service. This guy Matthew worked on one issue but did not resolve the other. He stopped the chat session. I had to remind him. It took him 10 minutes to come back. Three hours later he still had not added the virtual keyboard and at 7:30 he said his shift was going to be over. He stated Google was corrupted and that was the problem. I find that difficult to believe because I have a contract with Dell and they had just installed google chrome last night. When I pointed that out, he just said it didn't want to leave and call back. It takes an hour to wait on the phone to get help so I was not happy about the prospect of calling back tomorrow and I just d not have confidence that he can do the job. I called technical assistance to speak with a supervisor to try and contact a supervisor in premium support. I couldn't get one with Matthew because he had cut me off and its an hour wait. That supervisor in technical support wouldn't even come to the phone to speak with me his name was Christian Flores and that was around 7:45PM. People say your product is good but it is not easy to use and your customer support sucks. I will tell any and everybody that listens. No need to keep this confidential
