Terrible service. Unable to get a US based support person. My software has been delayed 2 times and I am looking at 2 weeks to get the software (a download !). The other day I called to inquire and was transferred to voice mail and no one called back, no surprise there. Elevator music for over 20 minutes once again and who knows where I will end up. Bad job by you DELL ! Your customer service fails ! Just got a person, told it should have been sent the same day by email, this is the 3rd time I have been told it is being sent, back on hold.
