Thank you for taking the time to bring this review to our attention.

My husband and I traded in an Impala for a Cruz in May 2013. When I was in an auto accident in September,we learned that we didn't have coverage on the Cruz. Our agent states he never received a call from us regarding the change, therefore, our premiums were still being made on the Impala. We were told State Farm would cover the damage from the accident, then we were told they wouldn't. Back and forth for weeks. Turns out they're not covering it. At that point I requested reimbursement for the four months of insurance paid on the Impala, which we didn't even have anymore, but were paying premiums. Our agent, Scott Nichols, said State Farm would give us a credit for the four months. I've faxed him the bill of sale for the Cruz the week of November 18th per his request. I was told we would hear something by Dec. 6. Called them today; Scott Nichols isn't in the office. His minion Patricia called billing. They received the bill of sale Dec. 3 and it's set for review Dec. 14. Do they really review on the weekend?

My car is still not fixed and I still have not received credit for premiums paid erroneously. Hopefully the insurance commissioner, with whom I've filed a complaint, will get some answers for me.

My advice...DO NOT DEPEND ON STATE FARM.
