Pay Attention - This deceptive company is only open Mon-Fri 9a-5p. That's right. Every issue is only resolved through email, INCLUDING, tech support. No way to speak to a live person for tech support. You spend days sending emails back and forth with no resolution. Purchased bluetooth ear piece - full of static. Had to email back and forth for return policy. Then, purchased $160 headset at GameStop and game audio doesn't work. Still playing email-tag with tech support. Why does GameStop even sell this product? Worst customer service ever.
