Wow this is unbelievable! For the past 4 days I've called them a few times every day and let the "please wait as we value your call" message run for 40 min and never got through! They just now shut down the credit card website and I need information to sign up on the new site, so basically I have no way to make a payment!!! This is totally unacceptable!
