This is one of the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with. I called in the morning and for the 1st hour the didn't even put me on hold due to "high call volumes" After that I got hold of a rep in within 2 min hold (high call volumes huh). Anyways that wasn't the bad part. I was a new customer and they set up my account. They guy who was setting it up didn't even bother double checking if he had it right. I went to set up my online account and something was wrong (either account number or name). I to called them back and now the rep confirmed it was a wrong first name spelling and I would have to personally go to a customer service center to get it fixed as they can't do it over the phone!?!? WTF are you freaking kidding me? You can set up my account negligently an I have to waste my time to get it fixed? Not even a damn apology. PSE&G your customer service sucks!
