PSE&G's call center agents are horrible.They clearly hate there jobs and have to training whats so ever.If i were the manager there I would be horrified to know my employees are treated there customers the way they do. When the agents pick up the phone they are still talking to each other and don’t acknowledge you for about 30 seconds. They have no idea how to work there systems and when asked question they say it may or may not be on your next statement. Really? We do need competition for PSE&G because they SUCK!!!!!!!!!
