Tried dealing with Phillipines support for almost two hours. Even the supervisor couldn't speak understandable English. Finally had to have her spell each word she mispronounced, and even that was a failure. ("B" as in "Peter," etc.) Terrible service, and then I discovered she also billed me for something I never asked for! I'm cancelling as soon as I get my current problem settled, and get them to correct the fact that they've been double-billing me for two years!!!
