My QB wouldn't register with my correct info, even though it worked a couple months ago. The phone number in the Register QB window says to go to their website for the contact phone #. The phone number on their website is not active.
I had to use the phone # listed on this site in order to contact them. After multiple phone trees for the same exact options, entering my business # after each new transfer, I finally got to the correct option after 5 minutes. Then I was told the wait would be 10 minutes.
All I need is a Validation Code for something that should have registered correctly over the internet. No wonder their wait time is so long!
What a pain!
