My wife and recently flew to the Denver airport to and visit me while I was out of town for work. I rented an ALL WHEEL DRIVE midsize sedan. They told me for six days, it would a total of $534 w/ a gps unit. When my wife got to the rental company, they told they did not have any cars, but if she wanted an suv, it was going to cost $900!!! After 30 minutes of heated discussion w/ the manager, I told the guy to just forget it, and my wife had to go and get a hotel in Denver. I drove 5 hrs, thru the Rockies, picked them up, turned around and drove back. They cost us 2 additional hours at the airport for my wife and my two daughters, a hotel room in Denver, and 10 hrs of driving. They did even say they were sorry or apologize. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!.
