Impossible to reach anyone -- they "provide" the following options:
- Support Line on website: Does not work
- Email: They will not respond
- Discord: Ticketing system is maxed out

The only way I got someone to help was through Twitter posts. Seriously.

Buyer beware when ordering from this company in our current pandemic climate.

Placed an order mid December and the order estimated January 5th as ship date. They took my money but no updates to the order since 'processing order' 3 weeks ago. I know it's around the Holidays and Covid adds to shipping delays, but my order is currently limbo.

An additional problem here is that when you call any of their Customer Service or Technical Support Phone Numbers they ring fast busy or ring a few times then receive "the number you have dialed is out of service".

When you call after hours you get their Company IVR, "you've called after hours please call back during the day", so I'm guessing the issue here is that they are back logged and slammed with phone calls with not enough support staff.

Furthermore, emails to [email protected] receive a generic ticketing system that runs a script based on your current order status (not helpful) and says to call them for additional help. And every phone number on their website, toll free or otherwise receives a busy signal during their operational hours.

My previous system from 7 years ago still works great, I think the problem here is they are understaffed with personnel, given everyone 'working from home", which I'm sure doesn't translate well to assembling computer equipment at an Office/Distribution Center.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and no one can answer the stupid phone. Line full every time!!! They charged me $864.92 then told me I had to call them to verify the address because they were "different". Well I checked and they were the EXACT SAME!! So now I am waiting for 2 weeks for no response!

I placed an order last Friday, Black Friday, and accidently used my po box as my billing when I called the credit card company it has my physical address. I need to get in touch with someone to make the billing and shipping the same and run the card again. I have literally tried calling hundreds of time and the call will not go through. What do I need to do to make sure my order is not cancelled.

It's just about the sorriest cpu we have ever bought took 5 hrs to get it to come on when we got it home usb ports doesn't work sometimes it won't load Windows my wife is soooooo pised

I have been fighting with the lemon they sent me for a year now. Their customer service is awful - and they tend to lie a LOT. (Right now they are telling me they didn't get my PC in the mail - it is "lost." However - they signed for it when the post office delivered it.

This is the fourth time I've had to do the RMA thing with this computer - and it's still not fixed. They are waiting out the warranty so they can give me the finger. Avoid at all costs.

They are condescending on a good day - and generally make you feel like a moron for even trying. (In fact at one point I was asked if I was certain I had called the right number....)

They are horrible costomer service. The dates that the website states as ship dates are totally incorrect. I still havn't received my purchase and its been a month. I call and they have a million reasons, most which they attempt to argue them with me and make it out like its my fault. They are obilious to the fact that they web site puts shipping at two out. They don't start the two weeks out until they receive parts, which can take two weeks by itself. I could have ordered the whole thing from new egg and built this this 4 times by now. What a waste.

I got a PC from IBUYPOWER. It cost $2,140. It would randomly freeze while playing games and even at the desktop. I was able to send it back for a full refund minus shipping which was fine. I got 98% of my money back. The customer service was great but the PC sucked!
