I have been trying to resolve a problem with the blocking of short term codes (3rd party Services) for the last two and a half months. Every person save one gave me different and nebulous answers which ere of no value at all.I have been to three stores on five occasions and dealt on a number over the phone with various people.

I am absolutely frustrated in ever finding a resolution for what is a relatively simple technical problem. There are no blocks on my account, but as stated is a third party services problem.

Is there anyone who can help me at T-Mobile?

Excellent Customer Service provided to me and my kids by Pat, the manager of the store located in Frandor in Lansing, MI. He went above and beyond to help us get our phones set up. And he even followed up with a text to make sure that all our questions were answered because he had to leave us with another employee to help out another customer. I wish more businesses provided service like this!

I want this to go to the president of customer service in regards to the very shady and unprofessional behaviour of one of your stores on rate 112, patchogue, New York 11772. Originally my son Galal Esmailele phone 631 278 2390 bought him and myself Carolyn Fant phone 516 330 3936 Samsung galaxy 3 phones. We have been with Verizon for many years but decided to change. Several weeks after having phone dropped it and had a small crack my son told me to get it replaced and also I complained that the port for charging was loose. The owner said oh it would cost 230 to fix you might as well get a new phone. I said wow and left thinking I could just deal with problem. I w ent to a friend's house and told them he said too much money but go get it fixed before too late. Next detainment to store and told him everyone is telling me too much money so he said just get a new phone you can upgrade it. So coming from Verizon u just trade in phone so I wasn't told in would be responsible for two phones. I had asked well what can I do with the 3he said I'll buy if from you and handle it and I'll give you a new case even. So the deal was trying to go down but there seemed to be a problem with it going through when the salesman whispered to owner it's not going through and he said try this and it went through. Soon after that I w a s in Florida as my broth e r was seriously ill and unfortunately passed. When I got home my son was upset and wanted to.know why he was paying for two phones for me plus insurance which i declined. I told him what happened and he said I better handle this situation so I called customer service and was told by representative that this deal shouldn't have been done as my son holds the account and he didn't authorize it and to go to the store and see what they would do to resolve this and if I didn't get satisfaction call back. I went to store and they were like hey how are you. I told them I was very pissed because what they did was wrong. He saidbyoubwantbyourbold.phone back and I said what happens to this one we will still have two phones and he shrugs. I said I'm not leaving until BizTalk to customer service. Everybody started to get uptight and the salesman went into the back and I guess he was telling owner what was going down. I called the rep.named opaline and told her the whole story and she asked me what credit card they used for new purchase I said I didn't give them one cause they didn't ask so I assume that used my son s she asked will bout his authorization and I said yeah. She spoke to her supervisor Anand came back to the phone and said would I be willing to give up the 4 get my 3 back and mail back 4and they would take it off account. I said fine. I then asked for.my old phone back and told the guy he wacky that team mobile was going to do something about it and they would have to deal with corporation he just laughed and said they're not doing anything to us and I said whatever I want my phone so I can get out of here because you are not good people. I was waiting and waiting and I said what's the problem where's the phone he said we are.looking . Then he's asking me what color finally I walk around and I see them putting a phone together but at this point after being there for hours and being made to feel very uncomfortable I just took the phone without really looking and it. Then he said oh we need the cover back so I gave it to him. I went food shopping and when I got home I tried to charge it but nothing was happening so I.had to wait for my son who works in IT support what I was doing wrong. He picked up the phone he said these pieces don't match up and you can't turn it on. Needless to say intent nuts I called the number from opaline and got a young guy I screamed I want to speak to original person I'm tired of going through this as I spent many hours on the phone at the store and I was livid he calmed me down and when again I went through whole story he checked with my son with each rep did as he is holder of account and told me do not go back to the store we will send you a new galaxy 3 then you return the 4. I don't think I have to tell you how illegally your store acted and I have not yet decided to take legal.action but in will be talking to a lawyer . But here is the important thing I want you to know what kind of people are representing your corporation and they should be held accountable. This has been a shellfish experience and I was just ready to throw the phones in his face and go with a more reputable company as there is plenty of competition. But your reps. Opaline and sorry to sayin didn't get young man's names action. His store needs to be monitored because I'm sure I'm not the only one they screwed around with. To say I'm curious is putting it lightly.
Sincerely,
Carolyn Fant

I went to the Surprise AZ TMobile to change my service to them from ATT. They were the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever been involved with. They were not only taking other people in front of me, (I had waited over an hour), but the one girl was so busy chewing gum, and talking with the other employee and they were chatting between the two. I walked out. I would fire both of them. I have a business and if my employees were like that, they wouldn't last the first day! Will find another Company to deal with.

Very bad service. It took three attempts and 7 hours of in store aggravation just to get a notification that the jump process was in effect. I started the upgrade process on Oct.15 and still have not received my Note 4. I am very unhappy with your company and will be switching as soon I can find a better deal. The children you have working in your stores are very under trained. I am sure this will go down the same hole that my requests for an upgraded phone went.

Who knew? You can be a T Mobile customer, stay current on your bills and call T Mobile from own phone- and be told you're not a customer... repeatedly

Customer service Jordan and tech person Xavier were so very helpful AND patient with me and my tech ineptitude. As they helped me thru the issues that I had I was able to learn a LOT about my mobile device. I am grateful and at the same time a bit perplexed as to why T-Mobile received such a low customer service rating from 1400 people. I hve been with T-Mobile for over 5 years and they have ALWAYS given me all that I need from customer service. Again, thank you Jordan and Xavier.

I have had this company put an old bill from about 4 to 5 years ago on my credit report just a couple of months ago. I am having a very difficult time trying to get a hold of anyone that can explain to me why they waited so long to do so. I'm frustrated and upset. This has really hurt my chances in trying to purchase a home for my daughter and myself. Don't go to T-Mobile for anything. They are deceitful and don't care about your problems.

T mobile is crap with no service and cheaters extending contracts without authorization...liars! When contract is complete the add on another month or two ... My last two year contract was done 12//13 but they added six months more...bill is always paid on time but I'm constantly without service to hour to days at a time...I have recorded my last two contacts with them and am filing an FCC complaint a consumer fraud complaint Ana a complaint with the BBB.I paid for unlimited web for over two years and could never go on line...just found out mobile provides no internet services and never have profit my service area...now that there are only a few weeks to go on this fraudulent contract they are cutting my calling service so I can only make emergency calls...I'm lucky if I have three hours out of a twenty four day in which I can make o receive calls...I'm totally fed up with mobile...they have ripped me off for 9 years...I hope and pray they go belly up!

I would like to report a very satisfying experience with an issue I was having with my bill. "Drew" engaged me in a live chat and within minutes he had a satisfactory solution to my issue. Kudos to Drew. If I used twitter I'd have done that. I can only hope his boss(es) read this and give him a raise. I also appreciate that he was empowered to make a decision at the lowest level and I didn't have to be bounced around like other places. Thanks Drew.

It's kinda late, this happened like two weeks ago but I have a story to share!! You know how when you call the customer care services of companies and there is always a lot of drama. You get put on hold, transfered 6 times, hung up on 4 times and then you get told flat out that there is "NO" way to help you. This totally happened to me because of T-Mobile, I was on the phone over six hours and at my wits end when finally a woman answered the phone and saved me from this hell-ish experience!! She made a few calls and bam this aching, headache causing problem disappeared in 5 minutes!! I thanked her a bunch of times and asked her name?? And you just wouldn't believe the answer!! :D She said her name was "Angle". I kid you not!! Hahaha!! Thank You kindly, you should totally get a raise!! #Best Customer Service, #Angle from T-Mobile, #Many Thanks, #NEEDS A RAISE!! Please use my numbef to see the operators that "helped me" and give Angle a huge raise!!

I'm a T-Mobile customer in Hungary, where T-Mobile is the dominant provider. Essentially, they make so much money they don't give a damn. There are almost no seats in the "service" centres in supermarkets like Auchan and Tesco. The service people are 1) Snooty and unhelpful in the posher parts (Budagyongy in Budapest), 2) overworked and indifferent in other places. Waiting times are atrocious. I was in the Mammut service centre in Budapest at 11.30 a.m. on an April weekday, where a third to a half of the desks were unmanned (or womnanned). The place had seating for about eight people and all of them were occupied all the time.A lot of customers were standing around waiting. The man next to me waited half an hour to see someone, There were four people ahead of me and in the 45 minutes I waited only one of them was seen. So I gave up. My other neighbour, a woman, also gave up. During the whole time I was there nobody appeared to be checking what the employees were doing and how many people were waiting. It was a thoroughly discouraging experience.

Switched to T-Mobile in January of 2014 and was supposed to receive the early termination fee that was advertised. Submitted my last bill from previous carrier on February 14. Wasn't told when I switched that this was actually a rebate and would take up to 8 weeks to receive the money. Received an e-mail from T-Mobile on March 6 stating they received my final bill. As of today April 29 I still haven't received the ETF money that was promised. In fact was told that this submission was denied. No one has told me why this was denied. I drove to the T-Mobile store where that handled all the paperwork and had actually sent the final bill to T-Mobile and they seemed surprised that it was denied and that I hadn't already received the rebate. They turned my case over to their "escalation" department to find out why it was denied and said it would be another week before I heard anything. Well it's a week today and no one has an answer, in fact they want me to submit another copy of the final bill from Verizon. If anyone ever reads these review BEFORE they switch PLEASE note that this company is not a reliable company. And good luck trying to get answers to basic questions like "why was this denied?" "what would be a reason for this being denied?"

Tmobile screwed me over. They said they would pay for my Early Termination Bill, i am still waiting for it to this day. My email said I would have it within 8 weeks and this is week 10. I called customer service and the representative lied to me and said it was shipped out on April 1st. Today is April 17th, I told her it does not take 17 days to ship something. She gave me a fake tracking number and then blamed my parents for taking it. I left Tmobile and I am not getting my Early Termination credit now. I now got stuck paying the fees. I also got lied to saying I had phone service where I was moving, as soon as I got there there was no service in my area. If you ever consider switching to Tmobile, you might want to reconsider unless you want to get lied to and ripped off. The costumer service is terrible and phone service sucks.

T Mobile steals money from the elderly and disabled and isn't even apologetic about it. It's like " oh we'll, your loss". You can't trust anyone anymore. The best phone service these days is Straight Talk from Walmart. They don't give you ant bull or lies and most importantly they don't steal your money for a service you never received!

They have the sorriest 4g network. I have the 500mb data package and after its been used it goes to 3g which im ok with, when I didn't get no Internet connection at all I called customer service and stated I was not getting any internet connections the rep told me it was because I used all my data and if I wanted internet connection I would have to buy a data. I explained to the rep that I been had this data package and the internet worked properly. I had to reboot the phone and now the internet is still sorry. When my niece was at my house she had a prepaid walmart tmobile 4g and her Internet worked perfectly, what I dont like is tmobile getting service to ppl that pay full price and prepaid gets better data.

went to t-mobile in costco. Wanted to sign up under wife's name. She didn't have her ID so they said no problem sign up under your name and call when you get home to switch to her name.
We did and apparently they couldn't move over the payment plan for the cell phones 18$ a month per phone so....now they are billing me for $825. Customer service was very nice but say there is nothing they can do. Although under my plan we had a monthly payment for the phone, now that it was changed to my wife's name we have to pay off the phones...We were told initially that we could sign up under my name and just transfer the whole account to my wife...no warning that the phones would be an issue...

returned a phone two months ago. Never got it out of the box. Had several lengthy phone calls to get the billing to stop to no avail. I have an email saying that they received the phone and they are still billing me...never even activated it! Can't seem to get through to anyone that can help me.

I recently upgraded from a Samsung Gravity to Samsung Galaxy Note II. I did not know how to dial out or access my contacts. I called Customer Support and spoke with Myra from Texas. She walked me through the process. She was nice, patient and very knowledgeable.

I was out of the country for 6 months and had my mother collecting my mail. I had went into the local t-mobile store in the mall in Staten Island, NY (don't ever go there, most incompetent people ever) before I left to ask about options for getting my phone turned off or lowering my bill since I wasn't going to be using the phone AT ALL for 6 months. The guy in the store told me I could suspend all service until I got home with NO CHARGES AT ALL. I paid my bill. I asked the guy if I had any other bills waiting to process. He said no. I left 2 days later and was out of the country. I come home 6 months later to find out not only was there a bill I received 2 weeks after I left the country (which was never mailed to my house; mom was collecting my mail) but that it then caused my account to get cancelled (I was charged the cancellation fee) THEN sent to a debt collection agency! For the past 2 months I've been spending countless hours on the phone trying to clear this mess up! I just had a SUPERVISOR tell me that THIS IS MY FAULT and THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS!! Can you believe that? What horrendous "customer care!" I can't wait to have this all sorted out and never deal with T-Mobile again!! STAY AWAY!!!
