Zte797 does not have very much battery life and is very cheap for being a 210.00 phone plus with 45 add on card and not including my 25 dollar sd card which was out of my pocket.....point said this phone sucks it erased all my photos on my sd card...bbs pics....:'( 💫💫
On december 3rd i purchases a the wrong straight talk card. I purchases a $40 wireless internet hot spot 4gb card when i was trying to buy a $45 phone card. On december 4th i went into the schereville indiana walmart. Walmart said they could not refund it, that i had to call straight talk to get my moneyback. I then called straight talk while i was in walmart and straight talk manager told me they couldnt refund it , and that walmart would have to.back. I am uoset that there is no way to get my $40 back or credited to my phone bill. This is horrible customer service.
Phone was suddenly deactivated and don't understand why or how. Never received any messages saying my service end date was coming up. And even if it was the end of my service date I don't understand why it would have been deactivated? It was working fine yesterday
Complete and utter I can not get any live representation from your company deeply regret investing in your product I will be returning your sh!t and letting the f!ucking world know what a piece of shi! your company is pulling if you do not return my money we will be seeing each other in court
The 800 numbers are a waste of time.
I have been a customer for 2 years and just want to review. I get an error message and now explanation of the error.
I have two weeks before I need to pay the annual renewal. Good time to start shopping. There are other vendors. Renews should not be this frustrating and the Customer Service should get ZERO Stars. You can't rate that does not exist.

I managed to actually get a live person (albeit a foreigner) two different times and when they did not comprehend what I was saying, they hung up on me-all of a sudden I got a busy signal for a long time then an even more obnoxious noise. I followed so many instructions from the computer to get a live person to no avail. I am no longer a Straight Talk customer and cannot recommend them to anybody.
I have been with straight talk for 8 years for over the last year I've had auto refill NEVER once have I been charged 49.07 when my phone has been shut off well today I was charged 49.07 I have been trying to get this fixed since 2:30 today the people I've talker to have hung up or left me on hold I've been lied to if this is how you treat your customers shame on you if this doesn't get fixed I will remove my card n go back to buying for 47.00 a month RUDE RUDE people you have working for you
