Zte797 does not have very much battery life and is very cheap for being a 210.00 phone plus with 45 add on card and not including my 25 dollar sd card which was out of my pocket.....point said this phone sucks it erased all my photos on my sd card...bbs pics....:'( 💫💫

Paid a bill transferred to new phone, now neither phone has service and NP one available to assist. Terrible customer service. Mother is 78 years old with no contact phone and poor technical assistance!!!!!!!

This is the worst customer service company that I have ever dealt with, you need representatives that can speak and understand English. I would not recommend this company to no one at all. I will tell everyone I speak to not use straight talk period.

I have tried contacting customer service by phone and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I have also tried the web for a few questions to keep getting under maintenance.

On december 3rd i purchases a the wrong straight talk card. I purchases a $40 wireless internet hot spot 4gb card when i was trying to buy a $45 phone card. On december 4th i went into the schereville indiana walmart. Walmart said they could not refund it, that i had to call straight talk to get my moneyback. I then called straight talk while i was in walmart and straight talk manager told me they couldnt refund it , and that walmart would have to.back. I am uoset that there is no way to get my $40 back or credited to my phone bill. This is horrible customer service.

Phone was suddenly deactivated and don't understand why or how. Never received any messages saying my service end date was coming up. And even if it was the end of my service date I don't understand why it would have been deactivated? It was working fine yesterday

The 800 numbers are a waste of time.
I have been a customer for 2 years and just want to review. I get an error message and now explanation of the error.

I have two weeks before I need to pay the annual renewal. Good time to start shopping. There are other vendors. Renews should not be this frustrating and the Customer Service should get ZERO Stars. You can't rate that does not exist.

I managed to actually get a live person (albeit a foreigner) two different times and when they did not comprehend what I was saying, they hung up on me-all of a sudden I got a busy signal for a long time then an even more obnoxious noise. I followed so many instructions from the computer to get a live person to no avail. I am no longer a Straight Talk customer and cannot recommend them to anybody.

I have only been with straight talk since May, because I bought a mobile hot spot. Worse decision I've ever made. You never get full usage of data,nobody speaks English,the CEO doesn't care cause his profits keep coming!

Live human customer service is impossible to reach at all hours. I've called four different numbers and was unable to reach a person.

I m having a difficult problem with my voice mail on this phone . My problem.is it let me set up voice mail but it will not pick up when I call from another phone just like it is not on, however it just tells me no messages

I have been with straight talk for 8 years for over the last year I've had auto refill NEVER once have I been charged 49.07 when my phone has been shut off well today I was charged 49.07 I have been trying to get this fixed since 2:30 today the people I've talker to have hung up or left me on hold I've been lied to if this is how you treat your customers shame on you if this doesn't get fixed I will remove my card n go back to buying for 47.00 a month RUDE RUDE people you have working for you
