I ordered a mattress on your one day sale. I honestly wish I had not.
That was the 4th and this is the 31 and no mattress.
I received a noticed it would be delivered on the 27 and no mattress.
I called they said Friday the 31 between 12 and 4. No mattress.
I called they said they reschedule with 4 to 6. But I never talked to anyone so they lied. It 4:30 and no mattress I am beyond upset and I have plans after 5.
I got a hold of Ryder company they said they would call me back with the time. No call
This is bull and I will never order from sams again!

Hi my name is Keith Crosby. Your online ad about $20 off on membership enrolment will not allow me to print my certificate. So I had to go out to the store and pay full price $45 for my membership. It would not let me to print the $20 certificate for membership enrolment or the referral $10 from my friend at work Brenda Shiflett. Very false leading!!!

Please correct label on coconut oil/ paste.
Please label Refridgerate' on front.
Mine started a mother mold spot within.
I use the coconut in my coffee everyday, therefore I leave it by the machine etc.
sad, wasted product.

In late August we purchased a trailer from the Sams in Hattiesburg. We obtained the title and license from MS. We moved to NC Oct 6th.. we decided to sell the trailer since we didn't need it anymore, took the title to the NC DMV, and was told that because the paperwork completed by Sams was done incorrectly, they would not transfer the title to the person who wanted to buy it. We reached out to sams and asked that the title be corrected. They refused. I now have a trailer that I cannot sell because NC WON't honor the title. We are out $1250.00. My name is Brigitte . Please HELP

I just purchased a package of, what appeared to be nice fresh looking lean ground beef. When I got home and started to separate it, into smaller packages, it was actually really fresh meat packed around some very old looking brown beef. I called the store and was given a woman manager who asked for the processing date (Jan 15), and the use or freeze by date(Jan 18). The managers response was"that's not possible". Really....My husband, myself and the customer service girl all read the same thing.i took it right back to the store. The girl asked if I wanted to exchange it. I said how do I know I'm not going to get the same type thing? Her response"TRUE". Wrong answer, and a very bad response from the manager. This isn't the first time that I've had fresh meat packed around old meat, but it was the worst. Sam's really needs to do better, especially with Costco just down the road.

It took me a month to get a trampoline I order from sams club I guess I will not do that again I called trucking company once twice three time I guess they decided to to deliver after it set at the truck company for over a week not to happy about that next time a guess will order it from amazon better service.

I had a hard time with my order,from sam club .com ,I never received my T v. They kept giving me a hard time , one young lady I think she say her name is Tatiana,very helpful, the rest very unprofessional, tell lies to get you off the phone, canceling your order out you don't even no until you looking into your e mail, I purchased this t.v. in November, have not received yet, I talk to about ten different people, I still font no what the problem is,wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, help!

I have tried for hours to order the Copper Chef Pan Set on the One Day Only sale on Dec. 17 and I cannot get it to allow me to order it..won't go into my cart. Why can't I get it into my cart?

I ordered 12 plastic folding chairs to be delivered 3-4 weeks ago and paid for them with credit card. Never received chairs. No confirmation email, no phone numbers to call.

How do I get ahold of somebody who's going to help me what the problem with a product that I bought at Sam's in Great Falls Montana? I bought Member's Mark Exceed dog treats lamb and pea. After every incidence of eating these, my dog ended up needing treatment at my vet's animal hospital to the tune of $2,000 total. Not to mention pain and anguish and suffering suffered from me and my dog, I imagine that Member's Mark would like to test this to see if they need to pull it off the market ASAP. I still have the package and the receipt Kama I don't want to get rid of any evidence and I do want to keep it around in case the company does want to take these for testing just save other animals.

I recently tried to order multiple items from your Black Friday "online exclusive" flyer. I have tried multiple times to order item #136532, and this item has been set to out of stock. This item was NEVER received! Customer Service told me "if it's not online we don't have it". Really? That is false advertising!!! Thank you for losing a $1500 sale. My membership that is is used biweekly must not be needed, and you can have your $12,000 dollar limit MasterCard as well. What a joke!

I was at your store in Panama City, FL some time ago. While e icing a white male left out before me with a large TV and some items on each side using a flat cart.the person at the door marked his ticket without checking. I had seven items and the lady had to touch and count each item. I felt discriminated against so I informed a manager. I was in there today and a white male had about 30 items in his cart and he only got his ticket marked. I had 12 items and the person counted each and every item moving them around in the buggy before she marked my ticket. Once is maybe a coincidence, but twice, I feel like I was racially discriminated against. I will be thinking very hard to see if I want renew my membership. This is 2016, some things should be left in the past.

The pharmacy at our Medford, NY Sam's Club has started contacting us when our prescriptions are due to be filled (by whole household). What a great idea! We really like this new policy and hope it continues. Please let them know that we are appreciative. Thank you!

I tried to order two 36 gun safes this AM I couldn't get through and when I did they said they were gone. As a regular Sam's Club member I believe you should honor the same price as advertised . $499.00 for the 36 gun safe. 167239

My name is L. Johnson and I am writing this email as I can not connect to a representative. Yesterday 10-29-16 my family and I shopped at the sams club in Medford, Long Island. As I was placing my food items on the conveyor belt my son who is 2 years old grabbed stawberries and started to eat one. The employee by the name of danielle yorrie yelled and cursed at my son "dont eat items that are not f*ck!ng payed for" i responded to please not talk to my son like that he is only a baby and does not know better. She then called my family black trash at that point I requested to speak with another supervisor. The second supervisor was katelin sweetser and she became irate at the situation accused me of fabricating it and then called us N*GGERS on our way out of store, she also threatened to cancel our membership. I have been a member for some 10 plus years and have never encountered rascism. I can not believe that sams club would hire rascists and persons that hate black people. I urge you to serve justice to these women as I would not want this to happen to the next black family. I am thinking about contacting the news channel 12 mainly due to the profound rascism and being fearful of shopping there again. I have already contacted a lawyer and they will be contacting corporate headquarters if action is not taken on your end.

I went to a Sam's Club location in
Reno nevada and I usually have no problem with customer service but today friday 27th November I had unfortunate experience
I love when I leave the store to visit the snack bar and usually have an ok experience
But today the soda machine area was ddangerously slippery and I almost fell twice on the carpet it was wet and I was so startled but I was able to hold onto the counter and that prevented me from falling my soda that I was refilling spilled on counter and my pant leg
I told person behind counter and they at first didn't go out to clean it. I had tell them 2 times. And they didn't even apologize
I will still be a customer there I just got my new membership after sharing my old membership with my boyfriend
And shopped there too
I want to let you know this about the snack bar because it could of been bad. I could of hurt myself. My arm is sore from holding onto counter. If I was someone with a cane it may of been disastrous

They made me feel dumb, embarrassed & ashamed because I asked about a military discount. They didn't explain their policy to me and assumed I knew a military discount is only for membership renewal NOT item purchases

Never an answer on this promise for credit, never a reply from Raymond Camarillo. I have been on the phone with no results. Is anyone out there?
