Hi, I have been buying members mark dog food for several year. The bag has always had a ziplock closure. This has been my main reason for purchasing this brand. I can't pick up a 35-40 pound bag of this and empty it into another container. I am very disappointed. I'm sure you're just trying to save money, but you already raised the price a couple times, plus , decreased the amount of food in bag in the bags,
Please reconsider and put ziplock back on bag.

We have purchased Members mark Bacon Crumbles for several years the last three bags we purchased were terrible at first we thought maybe we got a bag bag but they were all the same the bacon crumbles are full of fat and grissle and are inedible what happened to the quality? We would much rather pay more and have our old product back. We have decided to purchase this item from another store The lot number from the last package we bought was lot # 2125. 44 made by Hormel. The quality is terrible

I ordered 30 cupcakes. Cupcake was good but the icing was horrible. Barely set up in the fridge but to take outside on a reasonably cool morning made the biggest mess ever. It didn't do that before. Has your icing changed? It was a greasy looking mess and hard to eat.

PlEASE BRING BACK THE "TAKE AND BAKE PIZZAS"! Went to our local Sams club this week as we have done every week for several years to pick up our Friday night pizza along with our other weekly goodies and were told that Corporate said to discontinue the pizzas! No one is happy about this, customers or employees, please correct this error and bring them back. Thank you!

We decided to end our trip to the Sam's on Youree dr in Shreveport by going to the deli. I wanted to ask about the pizzas available but the girl behind the counter cut me off mid sentence. I found a manager to report her rude behavior. The manager quickly resolved the attitude problem with the workers. However, the pizza ordered was top with a piece of tin fold that was mashed on it and two hot dogs ordered one of the buns was so hard you could barely eat it. Glad they thought they got by with something. Yes, you did, everyone reading this. If you hate your job so much do us all a favor, quit!

I had a Very Bad experience at Sam's in Shreveport on Youree Dr !! The Girl at the register was Very Rude when speaking to me !! I was probably 4-5 foot away from lady checking out and instead of the cashier asking me to move back a little bit , she said , very rudely You Need to Move Back !! I was totally shocked by her and her tone of voice !! I have Never had Any problems with anyone in Sam's and I have been going there forever !! It shocked me so bad that I decided to report her !! If this is how she is to people she has no business being a cashier !! I will keep this receipt in case you decide to follow through with this complaint ! Thank you, Peggy Lamkin

1-800-walmart --Called and spoke with Ora, who could barely speak English, asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back, spoke with Shania, call disconnected in middle of complaint. Third call spoke with Ally, put my complaint in and will await call back. Complaint was..... On 9-4 at 1:55pm, we checked out at Sam's Club on Cortez, (Spring Hill. FL) the cashier swapped our cart with the customer's before us, and continued to swap carts as she rang everyone up. What is the point of sanitizing your cart if you get someone else's cart. NOT sanitized!! I told the manager Bernie, he said that corporate told them to do it that way! COVID-19!!!! not safe at this store!! Customers please be careful!!

I went to the local samsclub in Tuscaloosa Al on Saturday 8/1/2020, the first day of a sale which included selling Krispy Kreme donuts gift cards-$50 worth for $37.50...I pulled one of the request tickets (there were many of these tickets) and took it to the cashier, she went back in to a room and came out and said there were not any gift cards...this was the first day of the sale, around 10:15am...how do you sell out that fast?
Today, 8/6/20, the same scenario except this time I was trying to purchase a Mugshots Grill & Bar giftcard, and the cashier told me they have none! What is going on? There were numerous Mugshots Grill request tickets on the display, how can this be? The display is false, if they have no gift cards. This is very frustrating.

I ordered a queen bed that was supposed to come with a smart bed frame system. They sent out thr bed, but not the frame. Therefore, I could not use the bed. Frustrated, I called the terrible customer service department to come pick the bed up. It took them two weeks and 5, yes five phone calls to the terrible, keep you on hold at least 45 minutes, customer no-service department. Then, they decided to send me out another mattress and smart frame set.
By now it's been thrre weeks and they have not refunded my money. They just sent me another set!
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FOR SAM'S CLUB! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

I seldom provide negative comments, but in hopes that this generates some immediate changes to your Sam's Club pickup process, I send the following. I am currently undergoing Chemotherapy and am considered immune-compromised. I placed two separate orders three weeks apart, the last using Order # 5037597900 for the Walbrook store in Knoxville, TN. Both occasions the process was terrible. My understanding is that you place the order and using the APP you notify the store to bring the order to the pickup site. No one knew how this worked at the store, asked (demanded) that we had to come into the store to arrange for the pickup. This seems to eliminate the Social Distancing, especially for Immuno-compromised. I was also told that I could only order 2 items although I was not restricted when ordering on the APP. Refrigerated items were not refrigerated when I picked them up and had to be replaced before I left. There was no one to assist the loading of Cases of Water, Salt Crystal, or anything else. Fortunately, the Security Guard saw we were in distress and helped take the items to the car and loaded them.

I understand the other Sam's Club in Knoxville has a very smooth process and while it is 10 miles further for me to travel, I will use them next time to compare.

Thank you for cleaning your carts and requiring masks. Makes me feel much safer to shop.

Horrible. Called twice to ask if their Romaine lettuce is under recall and where does their bagged lettuce come from. First time was a person who did not speak English well nor could she understand my simple questions. She disconnected me. Second person had ZERO idea where it came from or of it was safe. (E. coli isn't something to mess with) .Just assured me that if I got sick, Sam's Club would take responsibility. Really? So, next I got on CHAT. Zero idea. Couldn't answer the two questions I asked. (recall and origination). Next I emailed. Took days for a response. Well, the person is in a "back room office" and suggested I call the office again. When I told her I did...TWICE , she gave me another phone number to call. When I called her out on maybe she should find out the answers and email me, she responded by saying she's in a back room office. Like what, a dungeon of some sorts?

Frightening that NO ONE at Sam's Club knows where their bagged lettuce is coming from, doesn't care, and can't answer if it's safe, under recall or where it originates from!

Recent complaint to Sam's club
(Table ordered on December 2nd, wasn't delivered on the 16th..everyone is passing the buck. I'm beyond upset and Sam's could care less)




Sam's club had always been my favorite store....everyone that knows me knows this. I have been a member for many many years ...(check my history). However, that ends today. This table order (for me) has been lost in the universe and Sam's has not taken accountability nor offer ANY type of resolution. The item was never shipped although we paid and received a delivery period. I cant count how much time we have spent being given the run around, passed around, transferred, told that we would be called backed, countless hang-ups and disconnects, promises, referred to ethics who insisted they are contracted also and no progress/time wasted yet again. Non of which I have time for (please check record/contact history). From my lense, Sam's vendor choices have nothing to do with the customer. we want to hear resolution options.

I want my table expedited so that we will have a place to dine for Christmas and should receive an account credit to use before I end my long time relationship. As well as my membership that I just upgraded. Its over. I refuse to patronize a company who clearly doesn't value me nor honors their services. I had no idea that you even use vendors. This is not my 1st email this week either..since this is consuming my very busy life, I'm all in and am determined, passionate and committed to sharing this horrible holiday nightmare/experience with the world .

I'm sure this communication will also be to no avail.

Customer Service in Phoenix at 83rd ave and Mcdowell location is very bad. They need to be retrained. They lack sensitivity and aren't willing to make the least effort in helping the customer needs.

The Sam's Club in Castle Rock Colorado is the worst managed store in your inventory. Stopped in to buy something, 12 customers in one, not moving, (ONLY line open), while two green vests stand and watch the line talking about their Thanksgiving. This is why we still drive up to Denver to go to Costco, as this would never happen at any of their stores. Very very disappointed.

Dear customer service/ support,

I have become very disappointed in the lack of what sams club is now doing.

Taking away a service , like the photo department is just crazy. One hour photo was great . Just so you can save a buck. Start thinking about the consumer.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Special one day saving sales event in the tire department has a line out the door. There is one kid scheduled and it's taking an average of 10 minutes per client. The manager said that they didn't schedule enough people. They scheduled One kid. They're trying to get more employees to come in but their employees are not answering the phones. Seriously? Poor service beyond belief.

Yesterday I visit your N store at 35 fwy
I almost regret to have Renewed my membership when we arrived to cashier . She made so many mistakes with the poor lady in front of us ! She need to scan everything in her car more than once . She got so distracted that charged her for some of our articles which she did out of not focusing on what she was doing.
While we are waiting there was a big line another gentleman came to ask her for her lo " when you are available I will need your help with ..." later when finally someone canebto the rescue she says " and This, also needs help" like THIS is a member
I can go to any store I am just a costumer but at your store, I am paying to be there .
This cashier name I think is Stephanie . You need to retrain her
My husband and I were very surprised to witness this at your store
I have copy of my receipt, I m not sure if this lady actually renewed my membership . She charged me but her unprofessional way makes me doubt . I will treasure my receipt in case I come back

I put in a order and i was given a total of $43.85 that's with taxes and shipment charges, i put my card info in and it changed from $43.85 to $48 and some changes. I was told by me being a VIP member that i didn't have to pay for shipment but I'm be charged for shipment charges. I've been a member of Sams Club since 2008.

I am going to stop using your pharmacy because you can't call me back an I have to wait to have a prescription filled when you told me you would fill it. The insurance did not cover it. They could have called me back for me to have said yes fill it but now my family has to wait out in the car because of this.

I was in Sams today & bought tobacco, flowers, & deodorant. Paid for it, waited in another line to leave the store & the lady told me I had to have a green shirt to check the tobacco I bought. So I went to customer service waited in another line until I got fed up on waiting bc there was one lady working & another on the computer, so when I walked out the lady at the door asked if a green shirt checked me & I said no I'm not waiting in another line she already checked my receipt. Why does this go on at your store? Why is there 5 people checking to see if people have their membership & only 1 to get out of the store? There is always a longer line to get out & some people like myself don't want to keep standing in a line. I paid, I'm not going to wait again.

I placed an online order and tried to reach someone to help modify it. Calls were transferred and no one picked up. Even when they did no one knew how to do anything. Customer service is terrible. The agents were rude and not helpful. It took an hour to get help. I had to cancel the whole order because I was frustrated with waiting for someone to assist me. I definitely won't renew membership once expired. I wouldn't recommend.

Inability to use my debit/credit card as a credit card makes me unhappy. There were no signs at the check out to this effect. We choose not to use our pin because this is how our bank account was compromised. The employee told me corporate took down all signs. You don't have your customers' best interest in mind
