So disappointed with these folks, placed an order for treadmill in Aug 22 and waited till Sep 2oth to get an update they can't figure out what happened with the financing and no one cared to reach out to customer and inform them. I waited for almost a month for this product to realize I'm barely placing an order??? what a bunch of fools. When I asked to cancel the order, the response is, "oh ok no problem" what kind of training did you get? you have a customer mad and you don't have any customer retention policy and total un-accountability. Idiots!!!

Is very unnecessary to get stock on a computer for 1 hour gust to ask a simple question about my Audiostrider 990, company should have a department to answer simple questions thanks.

I was having a proving with the incline returning to a level position for over two months. Called to get it repaired the Tech that came noticed the cracked frame did not do the repair do to the cracked frame which automatically would cause for a replacement machine base on lifetime warranty. I asked if I could dust it off he said don't worry it's not a big deal. However due to the dust and what they say was a spot of rust on the bottom of the machine they voided the warranty and I got nothing no repairs nothing. ... As a disabled combat Army veteran I suffer from injuries I got during a patrol in Iran as a US Army Ranger. I use my treadmill because I cannot be around large amounts of people. NordicTrack was an excellent solution for me and helped me in my treatment. When I called for repairs the tech found a crack on the frame and said NordicTrack would replace the machine with its lifetime warranty. he took pictures of the cracked frame and they said I failed to maintain the machine saw rust on the bottom of the machine and therefore voided my warranty. I ask for an exception to this policy and they replace the treadmill. I have proudly given ** years of my life to protect the freedom of the US citizens gotten shoot four four time and on this last engagement drove over and IED which was the one that incapacitated me or else I would still be out there without hesitation. I hate to say this and I don't beg but have compation and a little pride on what the people in the military suffer without a whimper and for this one time do the right thing and replace the machine. I will sign a document which would absolve you of any further warranty. Show you care and that you support those that protect you.
The machine is used in my second bedroom so I can watch TV during my use of the Treadmill. I moved it with some friends to the garage so the tech would have room to work with the machine which was under the machine. while it sat there it got dusty. with the dust they said I was not maintain the machine I asked how could dust impede the function of the machine. do cars that get muddy stop working?
Simply live up to the warranty and if you feel I am a liability. I will sign a waiver to forgo and future warranty or repairs.
I paid in full I maintain the machine as if were new that's what we are thought in the military and that's what I do. I recommend this company to all that want to start to lose Wight and an at home exercise regimen.
I called everyone including the corporate office, I never once low my temper I know that would not accomplish anything. The higher I went I would of expected that person like in any company would have the authority to make an exception. all I got was a broken record. These are expexpensive machine almost like buying a used car. I live on a very low fixed income the one I purchase I received donations from friends and the VA that's the only way I was able to get that treadmill. No one seemed to care or have the time to point me in the right direction to the person that can make that call. I write only to get no response. I have made a BBB compliant perhaps I may get a resolution that way but from what I have seen they stick to their guns and customer satisfactions does' seem to be a commitment to them. How sad for all of us.

Terrible customer service! I had the live chat agent tell me to contact the right department and shut down the live chat. I clicked live chat because it was THE ONLY option. I didn't know the chat feature went to a sales department! He was a jerk.

Your company and service is a nightmare! I am a 50 year old woman who has recent heart problems and went and bought one of your treadmill's. I was not aware that I was forced to have Ifit and that it will tack on an additional $500 to the cost of the treadmill. Then there is a huge delay in delivery because the service they used lost my gigantic Box and it took an additional couple of weeks until they finally found it and delivered it. When they delivered it the Box was Tore up and I almost didn't sign for it except for the fact that they said it would be covered if something was wrong. Thankfully the machine was just fine. After using it for 3 weeks I realized there is no way I am going to use the Ifit and subscription that I got stuck with. I called nordic track they told me there is no way to remove it I was stuck with it. I called back again to see if there is anything they can do yet again I was told absolutely not so then I questioned if this treadmill is reliant on Ifit then what happens when the subscription that I'm stuck with runs out will my machine no longer work? And they said of course not it'll be just fine so I asked yet again why do I have to have the Ifit. Now yet again I'm having problems with the credit company that I financed my treadmill through so I call nordic track for a 3rd time and they give me a manager finally and they said that if you would have called 2 weeks ago we could have refunded you for the Ifit. I told them that I have been calling and they said that it didn't matter now because we are 1 week after the 30 days. So I really could have taken that off and then refunded for that period all I want is to pay for and keep the treadmill. So as far as retail credit another thing that made me intrested in buying the treadmill was the fact that it had no interest for so many months I go through Fortiva, your creditors, and they are already tacking on interest and it's been only one month! I went to my bank and got a loan just to pay this in full and end this nighmare! I do not know if something can be done from a corporate level? If yes please refund and remove Ifit or I will spend all my time leaving my story and horrible reviews anywhere and anyway I can. This whole experience is not good for my heart!!!

you have the worst customer service ever! i have been on the phone for over 40 mins. still no help! no human ever got on the phone, been listening to music the whole time.

I have been trying to reach Billing and Returns. Attempted on 1/20 - on hold for an hour. Attempted again 1/23/17 and have been on hold for over an hour. How do I get through to resolve reimbursement for service not delivered and to cancel an order for assembly???

If you gave a better day and time to reach this department, that would be helpful.

I purchased a Free Strider in 2012. I purchased the 5 year parts and labor warranty. I have spent the last 2 months trying to get my machine repaired. There process is a nightmare. They asked me to describe the problem over the phone then told me they would send the parts needed for the repair then I would need to call a tech to come out and repair the machine. I described the machines defect as best as I could (I offered to email photos but they declined), but this method of diagnosis is the worst! Half of the parts I described didn't come and I have no idea what parts are truly needed! They need to have some one qualified come out, look at the machine and then determine what parts are needed. The customer service phone wait times are crazy long and I was repeatedly told a manager/supervisor was not available. At this point I have no confidence that the machine will ever be repaired.

Freestrider 7i put in service on January 25th, 2016. On February 4th, 2016 the machine broke down. Six weeks later no parts or repair with non responsive customer service department with endless loops and 30 min waits to speak to someone leaves me absolutely discouraged with Nordictrac! I thought I was purchasing a quality piece of equipment. Does anyone in this organization CARE?

I had tried to reach CS for over two weeks via email, phone and live chat. I had one email response, which told me to call the 800 #, which no one answers. I just wanted to purchase the rowing machine. It boggles my mind that in over two weeks, I cannot get anyone to answer an email, phone or live chat to purchase one of their products. Do they really want to sell anything? I now will not be going with Nordictrack, obviously, nor will I consider them ever again just because of this issue. Very bad business.

I purchased a Freestrider on 12/11/15, it is now 1/18/16 and I still haven't received it yet. I have emailed customer service, live chatted with NVC (their shipping co) and they do not know where my machine is. No one will talk with me. I am about to ask for my money back, but I want my machine. I am getting very angry.

The clutch in our machine went out again. This is the 2nd time. We have called for service and iall we get is the run0-a-round. My name is Frank Coutinho and our machine is still under warrenty.

We bought the Nordic track in Porthsmouth, NH at Sears.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Console does not work. Customer no service said they do not know when the part will be in. It's been six weeks! I won't shop Sears and I will not purchase Nordic Track ever.

Because of very poor so called customer service that is/isn't provided anymore, I check into customer service BEFORE I purchase anything.....Was looking into buying a NordicTrack Treadmill, won't be happening now, see to many complaints about customer service, and how hard it is to reach a LIVE PERSON...also read up on, wrong parts being sent 3 times....just LOVE the internet for this type of crap, avoiding a bullet, pain in the neck and a hit in the pocketbook

I totally agree with all the poor reviews for Nordic Track customer service. I am not one to complain, but this has been the worst treatment as a customer that I have experienced to date!
