me cambiaron ls mini despues de haberla renobado durante 12 años ,mne pidiero pagar 10 dolares mas lo cual dije si es razonable ,pero ahora nadie puede entrar

I use a website Gosmokies regulary part of Knox News. Ning hosts it. The site admin and myself have been trying repeatedly to get things remedied for Blount county users who have Charter as their Internet service provider. The problem is on Ning's end. They have done something that Charters DNS doesn't go through properly. I had Charter run a diagnostic and it proves it.
My internet signal is blazing fast and everything else works great. I have bee unable to get to Ning to share the information gleaned so that a solution can be arrived at. Please help!!

Okay guys--so wanting to love your services but having a time here....can't get operator on the phone (her mailbox is full), can't get to martin westhead--system doesn't recognize 1st 3 letters of either first or last name)

AND have been asked by my book agent to change photo, and can't find how to take an ADDED photo and make it my profile photo. Bums me out after I just invited 700+ people to join...

Also MANY people emailed an asked if your site invitation email was legit--they said it looked like and ad and didn't want to join. Just a heads up!!

LASTLY, I REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELP on the phone going over how your site works. I'm not finding it intuitive, and I find myself searching for things that seem like they should be obvious.

I had some respect for Ning! Since I've had to deal with their customer service, I have to say it's absolutely lousy. I keep getting a recording by a Debbie Whitney who promises to call back, and she never does. Does anyone know if she really exists? Or is she a shell name in a scam!

Ning's customer service is HORRIBLE. Please, to anyone thinking about becoming a Ning customer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! You have been warned!!!

Hi,
I've been a customer at Ning since 2008 and I just want to say that they have the WORST customer service EVER!!! I still have an unaddressed help ticket from Jan 21, and it's the end of February! If you are considering Ning for a network home, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that you consider elsewhere because you will not get any help with the real issues that come up.
I have not received one email from my network in two weeks. This is because of a glitch in the new and "improved" Ning system. I sent a help ticket two weeks ago and have not heard a word! (This is in addition to the OTHER unanswered help ticket I spoke of above!) I am a PAYING customer by the way. In this case, you certainly don't get what you pay for!
Oh, and GOD FORBID that you try to call them!!! Don't bother!
So, if you value your money, and your material- DON'T USE NING!!!
