Hi,
I've been a customer at Ning since 2008 and I just want to say that they have the WORST customer service EVER!!! I still have an unaddressed help ticket from Jan 21, and it's the end of February! If you are considering Ning for a network home, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that you consider elsewhere because you will not get any help with the real issues that come up.
I have not received one email from my network in two weeks. This is because of a glitch in the new and "improved" Ning system. I sent a help ticket two weeks ago and have not heard a word! (This is in addition to the OTHER unanswered help ticket I spoke of above!) I am a PAYING customer by the way. In this case, you certainly don't get what you pay for!
Oh, and GOD FORBID that you try to call them!!! Don't bother!
So, if you value your money, and your material- DON'T USE NING!!!
