I have been a customer for many years now but, I'm starting to realize that the shows you are providing are becoming more and more disgusting and reaunchy. I'm so disappointed that Girl Meets World won't be continuing. That was one of the few shows that our entire family could watch together and my kids and I loved. It taught morals, values, respect, and it was funny and well made without the garbage sex and gay smut that is being thrown in everyones faces. You are losing valued customers because the other half of your customers want to watch porn. You have young innocent viewers and Adult viewers who watch with young kids. You need to balance your variety of shows you offer or I am gone and never coming back. We will NEVER watch shows like Orange is the new black or shows like that. We want more quality shows that Disney has to offer. Please rethink your choices.

Your website gives the phone and states there is 24/7 access to help. It does not mention that this # is for streaming only and that your dvd division has specific, unacceptably short hours of 6 to 6 daily, 7 to 5 on Saturdays. Your website is badly remiss in this omission. You have always, for the many years I've been a member, had 24/7 service for dvd issues. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU AND YOUR DISREGARD FOR MEMBER NEEDS FOR HELP AND COMMUNICATION AT NIGHT, PLUS AN UNTRUTHFUL CLAIM ON YOUR WEBSITE?

I need to cancel my Netflix subscription because I cannot pay for it. Please advise how best way to go about cancellation. If I get no response from this request I will stop payment of my monthly draft at my bank. Please help make this as pleasant as possible. Thank You!!

streaming on smart samsung tv worked for two days but is now not allowing me to use the site. not at this time for this title movie, try again later or request new title which I continue to do

I've been a Netflix customer for over four years, the service has gone from good to bad to worse. They do not think about what they say, even in management.. If I had ever spoken to-or treated my customers that way as a business owner the only thing that would have been left standing would have been an abandoned building. I guess greed now outways "customer Service.." Go to Hulu like I did, way worth the extra few bucks with way, way more options, especially for the 40 and over crowd.

I've been a Netflix customer for six years and the service keeps getting worse. Why are the dvd's that I want to see always on a short wait? I realize that you make more money on streaming, but I pay for DVD service. Maybe you need to purchase more movies. I deserve some kind of compensation for always having to wait. Thank you!

Hello,my name is Mr Byrd & I first want to say that Netflix is amazing. I've been a customer now for 5yrs+. One thing though, you took leave it to beaver off Netflix & that wasn't cool. My family grew up on that show & I think you need to put that back on. Also, other shows like, Sanford & son, chico & the man, goodtimes, green hornet, Godzilla movies, etc. That would make Netflix #1 in my book. Cater to your customers wants & you'll get more people to join. Thanks for your time!!

This is concerning your original movies and series. I am a Netflix customer for several years now. I as well as my family members have noticed an increase in explicit nudity in films and series Netflix is presenting. The latest example is your new movie Tallulah. The last several days it has been advertised and today in its premiere day, I chose to watch it, it had my attention until within the first ( not even 5 minutes) the movie begins with nudity. I shut it off,thinking why is this necessary? Can't you have a movie that is adult in its presentation and still carry on with a script that is compelling to watch with a story line that has the components of some refinement? So I have to tell you that if your following the example of other movie producers you are going in the wrong direction. Movies are becoming more and more vulgar in the use of foul language and the no holds barred use of nudity. I hope this and many more letters come your way to give your audience quality we can watch without being tossed a free for all in the first 5 minutes!

Terrible service. No way to leave feedback once you sign in, took me forever to find this.
Your netflix service is outrageous, i pay for this and half of the time can't watch any shows on my TV, today every show I try to watch w my kids says having trouble with this, even tho my Internet speed is great. Have to constantly sign in to your app on my TV, TV app is horrible.
Get your act together netflix, you are loosing a customer here, there s plenty other places to go for shows.

How can I search for movies, you seem to put TV series and movies all together in Australia, very annoying.
Also whilst in France on holidays, I was able to watch " breaking bad " when I returned home to Australia, Netflix here was way behind and now I have to buy it off iTunes.

Netflix I would like to leave a comment about how I feel about your foreign kung fu movies your
kung fu movies are mostly in a foreign languages I do not find this to be acceptable because I am an American and I would like to watch my movies in English this is greatly disturbing to me to have to sit down and watch a good movie that's action packed and have to Reed everything this is unacceptable I should not have to watch any movie on my TV screen in a foreign language in the United States of America so I am deeply hoping that you take this into strong consideration thank you for your cooperation hope to have a change very soon in the way you presents your movies to an American audience.

We get buffering a lot it took me about 2 hr to watch a 45 min show and this happens all the time then you want more money I don't think this is good service

Please Please add more episodes of Suits to our Australia subscription. It's crazy that I am paying for a service and these series are 18 months behind. That's also the same for Vikings. Add more now please.

Between 7:30 till around 9:00 pm your service is crap,any time before or after it is fine. If you were paying for something and not getting it how would you feel? Ripped off that's how!

I dont like how you cant watch on more then two devices like people have families and there kids want to watch shows and so do their parents but cant because of this stupid only two devices at a time like change it up netflix.....
