You are currently building a store here in Franklin In. Since breaking ground we have had our road (Simon Rd) torn up, meanwhile you've paved your parking lots. Is this what we expect having you as a neighbor? We want our road repaired.

Again no cashiers ,, standing in line again as usual spoke to manager and she did nothing !!! You people have a big problem this store on Reynolds Rd in Lexington Ky

Sunday October 2 the Meier on 12 mile telegraph rd lost power. All of your cashiers were fantastic however your management team was no where to be found for 15 minutes at least.
And once they did show up they did nothing to help and support their cashiers and customers! No announcements , and no interaction with the customers. The store director should pull in his management team and retrain them all. I am a long time retailer in a corporate position in the Boston area. This is not how we do it in Boston! Meiers in michigan you should be ashamed of yourselves! Get you act together corporate team and fix this!

Store at telegraph rd.& 12 mile in southfield, mi. Routinely has no carts or baskets. You have to go back out to the lot to retrieve cart or search near the self checkout lines for hand held baskets...shelves are poorly stocked, though not as often as no carts/baskets...also i would be suprised if more than 35% of self checkouts are functioning.....i have shopped at many meijers stores from jackson,mi to howell to canton and northville....this store in southfield is an embarrassment to your fine reputation....if this was just a once in awhile thing....i wouldnt feel compelled to send you this....but its awfull allways...sorry for the complaint...but youve probably recieved others regarding this location.

I was shopping all over the store for a number of items but most important was the water. I was specifically looking for the 35 bottle cases but none were visible. I went to the front of the store and notified the greeter. She called Megan, a supervisor in the area that had the water. What I'm writing about is the courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm that Megan displayed and actually walked me to the back of the store with my basket and took the time to go into the warehouse and get me 3 cases of this water. This was only water! I loved the treatment she gave which is displayed by many people at the store. I shop there at least 3-5 times per week. When I saw the ad this week for the water I posted it on Facebook for those that needed a good deal on water. I have discussed the difference I see between WalMart and Meijer. In two issues of Consumer Report I noticed that out of 67 stores evaluated for a myriad of things WalMart was 67 on both issues. I think that Meijer was #23 of 67 but should have been #1 in my personal opinion.

I was at the Meijer Store in Petoskey MI at 12:30pm today. There were no Rot. chickens out so I did my shopping first. Finished my shopping and went back to the deli and saw an employee slowly working on the Rot. chickens he had all of them in plastic cartons and was putting the carrier on them BUT WAS ALSO ON HIS CELL PHONE. I watched for about 4-5 min. and walked in 3 steps and took 2 of the chickens, when on my way out 3 more steps he started screaming at me. First of all your Rot. chickens should be out on the shelf long before 1:15pm and second I told him maybe if he got off of his cell phone he could be more efficient with his speed. He took the chickens back while screaming at me.
There are 4 other grocery stores in Petoskey and I don't need to drive 8 miles for a few pennies saved. I can go 2 miles (which I will do from now on) because my time is valuable also.
By the time I had gotten up to the cashiers they were 4 to 5 people deep and my time is valuable. So on my way home and sitting and thinking the situation through have decided not to shop at your store any longer.

One of you valued customers turned away,
Linda Caldwell

My husband and I were in Rockford, Il. in May 2016. We went to Woodmans and purchased ^ packages of Vienna Franks at $4.69 a package. We wanted to purchase a total of 10 packages, so we went to the Rockford Meijers and bought 4 more packages at $4.49. We were very pleased as we live in Tennessee. Now comes the problem, my daughter went to the Machesney Park Meijer and she bought 10 packages on 7/22/16. The price was $6.69 a package. She went to Meijer because we told her you would beat Woodman's prices. I called Woodman's to price check and they're price was still $4.69. I called and spoke to the Manager 'Lori' at the Machesney Park store and she was not helpful at all> Told me they do not match prices and there was nothing she could do. I am extremely disappointed with Meijer's customer service. They could of at least lowered the price if not matching it. If I wasn't for the fact that we are 500 miles away in Tennessee we would return the Vienna Franks. Sincerely. Lori Mars

I would like to acknowledge Kat M. In photo department of the Cadillac Michigan store. She went above and beyond to help us with our phone issues and then her knowledge of the other line of phones led us to purchase two new ones tonight. Because there was only one she offered to call another store and secure us two there. Please give her our gratefulness for outstanding service.

I have visited the meijer store in Ontario,Ohio several times however the produce price does not ring up as it is displayed in the produce department. ThIs happens repeatedly. It is not corrected the next time I visit in a few days! The cashier does not correct this price and acts ate though I am incorrect and does not call the produce department to check the price. This is unacceptable service.

I shop regularly at Meijer. I spend a lot of money at Meijer. I also work in the customer service field and never had such bad service as I did this afternoon at Meijer 12 Mile & Mound in Warren MI. After waiting in line over 45 minutes to check out, I was not greeted, I mentioned to the cashier, Lisa, that I had a couple of heavier items in my cart. She ignored me twice as I was willing to pick them up for her to scan. She then decided just to walk away. Fortunately a nice young man stepped in and finished ringing my order. How is this acceptable??

I am disappointed that Meijer brand chicken is no longer labelled "gluten free". I have been told by the meat department manager that it is indeed still gluten free, but without the labelling I cannot feel comfortable consuming it. I buy my chicken at Aldys where it is labelled gluten free. help me.

Wanted to voice my opinion about why you took the chicken out of the meat counter that was the best chicken Meijer ever could sell it's perfect for a family of 2 and I'm very disappointed that you took it out of your Miko nurse could you please bring it back

Been to MJ # 199 every week for the last 6 weeks doing my shopping. I like and buy the yougert you put up in the deli, the ones with fruit in usually strawberrys and blueberries. They were never in stock. I've tried going different hours, same result, empty shelves. I went this morning atv11:00 a.m. No product. No fruit cups either. Shelf around 90% empty. Each time I went and couldn't buy the product, it as empty. I finally drove to # 36 , and guess what. Always has product on the shelf. Probably should look into who's managing the deli area cause # 36 always has product. Just saying. Very disappointing. Longer drive for me to go to # 36 . Thanks. Roger

Meijer mperks called 5-6-16 I was put on hold four times the male rep. must be trained by your company to say the same thing each time - my computer is running slow such a common answer - hopping the customer will hang up. Avoiding further calls or unless you hired homeless people sit them at the phone to be ignorant to customers.

I am a Meijer customer in Three Rivers. The last Few times in your store, I have had the same problem. The check out people have not been focused on getting all my purchases bagged and in my cart. They need more training and forget asking me about M perks! I want all my groceries!

Did you know that your Portage store in Indiana, the deli is so short staff that management will not inform you because they don't want to look bad because it has gotten like this.none of the upper management will lend a hand to fix this problem. The manager of the deli sometimes works from opening to close. I asked her how she does it and she said she has no choice. If I was her I would quit. That poor lady trying to run the whole thing and there are other customers yelling at her because they have to wait. Does anyone care about their employees anymore. I am going to stop shopping there because of how they treat her. She is in my prayers. She is going to fall out from exhaustion, and then you will be sorry. That deli will fall apart. Thank you a concern customer

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing about a particular Meijer employee! Not to complain but to commend Ameran, in the floral/garden center, at the Meijer on Gary Ave in Bloomingdale, IL. Ameran has been helping me select Christ Community Church's Easter flowers for 3 years now. I wasn't sure she was correct in her knowledge about plants etc but she's the best. We had a beautiful sanctuary Easter morning because I listened to her advice on which plants to select. We have purchased our plants from a Nursery, before utilizing Meijer, for over 50 years. It may be a little more work for me but I, and our congregation, are ecstatic about the quality and beauty of your plants. Please acknowledge Ameran for keeping me coming back? Thank you so much Ameran...this years flowering plants were the BEST!

Blessings,

Margie Coleman

Thank you Findlay, OH Meijer employees. On Feb 12 my husband had an episode and without your help I wouldn't been able to get him to the the hospital. We still aren't sure what happened and the doctors are working on it. But the employees of Meijer who helped us were wonderful and caring. Everyone even other shoppers pitched in to help. Thank you doesn't seem like enough but I am so grateful you were all there.
