Thank you Findlay, OH Meijer employees. On Feb 12 my husband had an episode and without your help I wouldn't been able to get him to the the hospital. We still aren't sure what happened and the doctors are working on it. But the employees of Meijer who helped us were wonderful and caring. Everyone even other shoppers pitched in to help. Thank you doesn't seem like enough but I am so grateful you were all there.

I did not receive my sails paper is February 13th 2016 that to 24515 West Chicago Redford Michigan he only delivered the north side of the street so maybe you should just give him half of his wages.

I went to the Meijers located at Machesney Park, IL to return my nephews Christmas gift. I waited over 5 minutes while the customer service associate was helping the person in front of me. once I was finally helped, I was given rude service by the associate. I told her I did not have a receipt because it was a gift and she immediately asked if there was anything wrong with the item. I said, no, my nephew already has too many toy cars. Then she asked me for my ID and I realized I left it at home. I asked if my work badge (with my name and picture) would be fine and she was rude about it. Immediately telling me no! Her tone of voice and facial expressions made me feel as though she did not want to help and made me feel guilty for bringing in a return. I do not shop at Meijers and will not for this reason.

Can we please get the toilet paper in the holders at 227 please very tired of it rolling on floor! Also blow dryer has not worked in weeks!! And cafe bathroom always smells like urine! Please help !!!

Please send me an email address to contact someone. I bought crackers and they were open and stale. I would like a refund please. But I live 40 miles from the store and it may be a while before I go again. Thanks.

Called store in Wauwatosa to inquire about product waited 20 minutes no one answered called back asked for mgr.no one answered called corporate complaint dept waited 10 minutes no one answered. Your company sure does take advantage of the " will be with you shortly" recorded message. I don't like to order via the Internet but I will in order to get what I have already purchased at your stores and will never set foot in another one of your stores and your totally new to wisconsin.

you need to leave a working program alone! If it is not broke do not fix it! In mperks you now have to use a password and when you get to the store a pin. You know have to use your e-mail to get in,plus the password,when you get to store you need your phone number plus a pin. You add more junk than what you need. To order on line is a joke! I can get more from Target and Walmart then I can get from Meijer because you do not have a program you can use or makes any heads or tails of.So I shop somewhereAA else. You lose out on a lot of$$$$$$because of this.Thank you from reading this if you do . A weekly Shopper

Product Defect Meijer Personal Cleansing Cloths 64 Wipes 12.6 In ByThe Package Has A Plastic Access Door Thru Which The Cloths Are Pulled Out. The Problem Is That The Access Door Is Gluded To The Package And The Piece Just Comes Right Off And The Cloths Dry Out You Need To Make Sure Then Mfg Uses A New Adhesive That Holds It On If You Do Not Change It I Will Swith To A Non-meijer Brand.

if youre shopping at the meijer in aurora on route 59 i highly suggest you have MINA take care of you. she is a very friendly employee! whenever im there shes always offering my kids and i samples of cheese and deli meats. my experience with this store has been excellent. many employees in deli dont change their gloves which in my opinion is disgusting but she does! im highly satisfied!

Service at the gas station on eight mile at Woodward is unreliable. Gas listted at2.24 but accurately 2.49. GOT NO EXPLINATION FROM CASHIER.VERY UNSATIFIED WITH SERVICE.

Just a quick note to let your company know how much our family loves your store. Not only are your employees extremely helpful, but every "Meijer" brand item we try we end up liking more than the "Name" brands. We go to your Algonquin, IL location and we have stopped going anywhere else for our groceries and home essentials. Thank you so much for paying attention to your customers and giving them a reliable, practical, fair priced place for all our shopping needs.

I planned ...my menu...out for a dessert..and per usaul..went to my local meijers..for supplies...i have been disappionted before but this...really..i get hope and do some late night baking for a next day get together...and i OPEN A BAG OF...MEIJERS CHOCOLATE SEMI SWEET CHIPS...AND MORE THAN HALF THE BAG IS....OLD...STALE...DIS-Colored...now i have fome all the way home...and in the midfle of bakking and...BOOM,...open that mejers bag of chocolate and..yup...stunned...wrll who wants to go up on the middle of the night..cause for one customer service is closed and its not worth the gas...THANK GOD,!..I had some left over NESTLES..THAT IVE HAD FOR MONTHS...AND NOT CLOSE TO BEING ...DISCOLORED...OLD OR .disappionting...i hate your store...i never leave with anything close to happy...and i bite it...because you have me in the short hairs,..cant remember when ..i have gotten everything.all in one and no complaints...i have to twist my husbands arm to go to your store...on his own...because he just knows better...does not want the hassle..so i suffer...can not be easy...the quality of your store is so bad...to checking out to finding help in a section...i used to work for your store years ago....fred meijer would turn over in his grave.....and i have taken pics...of your product..to facebook it goes to see if its just me...

I just want to let you know that I have bought what was supposed to be Honeycrisp apples probably accounting to 20 or 30 dollars worth at the Greenville location and almost every time I will get at least one or more that are absolutely not Honeycrisps. I sure can tell by the taste that they are not Honeycrisp. I wouldn't be so upset but they are priced at $3.99 a pound and if I am going to invest that kind of money I would like to get what I paid for. I feel like I have been stolen from. I was hoping it was just a mistake and that it wouldn't happen again but it just keeps happening. So routinely disappointed I do not think I will be buying them again.

Bowling green store- I am a frequent customer at Meijer. 9/8/15 - I purchased items and went through the checkout line. I ask the cashier if she got all my bags when the transaction was finished and she said yes. I left the store went home and unloaded my groceries and noticed I had a few items missing. I immediately went back to the store. I passed by the lady that checked me out nf I ask if she found a bag that was left. She was not sure. Then I went to the service desk and the man said no one turned in a bag to him. Then he proceeded to ask another man and he said he could look on the camera and then ask if I had the same clothes now when I checked out. Thennthencommwntnwas made by the camera man that he could see me on camera. I had my receipt and told the first man I had my receipt. At this point I felt I was being the one questioned. The first man said he found on the computer Someone had entered the products in that we're left at the checkoutline Finally the guy told the camera person I have my receipt. This went on and 3 people checked bins off the customer service desk bythis point I felt I was questioned if the items were truly left. I have supported Meijer in BG from the first day of opening but this was very out of place. Finally after talking to 4 people the last lady apologized. They did offer to refund my money during this episode. This was embarrassing and such an ordeal.

Went to pick up my precption yesterday and had one to pick up from the day before, my doctor called in 2 prescriptions went to pick up, when I went to pick them up they were not ready, only one and the others were out and they said I could get half of one and I told them that I would pick up all at once. When I got home the pharmacy text me saying my script is ready. What??? So my point is first I could get one then I couldn't get any of the new ones that dr. Called in then I could get half of one. So they said I could get them tomorrow, I know that they have to order them, I get it mean while I miss another day of work and get another point and loose holiday pay, not happy with the drive throgh. Takes a long time to wait for that, I have time them, one time 45 minutes, that should no happen, this is the pharmacy in jenison!!, I love shopping at Meijer, but I don't think Fred would be happy.

I was just in the Plainfield store at the "You Scan less than 12 items" lane by the main entrance. I rang thru my order and when I went to pay the computer screen went black. The attendant, "Lori" seemed to be paying no attention to what was happening so I called her over and asked what she was could be done to complete my purchase? She mumbled something and seemed very indifferent and walked away. I waited, thinking she may call someone to assist but ... she never returned to me with any information as to how to remedy this. I stood there for another few minutes and then left with my grocery items sitting in the bags. Not sure what was obviously wrong with this employee but she seemed to be dazed and moved slowly and without purpose. Lazy? Drugged? or simply flakey? Who knows? What a negative experience this was for me. I shop about 3-4 times a week at this store and I have never experienced such a total lack of customer service.

The #3 does not work - there is no live person. I want a black lamp shade lined in silver foil you carried these for a long time and now I do need one - no one seems to know if you will be carrying them again. I do not have a ups # but it is approx. 10" high, 10" dia. at the top and 16" dia. at the bottom. It is black linen on the outside and silver foil on the inside. The monroe, mi. does not know anything about this shade. Please Help!!!!!

Good morning! I am unfamiliar with the "new" photo software
in the store (DeWitt) although I used the old frequently. Fairly
quickly, I made a mistake and wiped out my order. The clerk at
the photo desk was patient, gracious, kind, and got me going
again. The second time was successful :-) He recognized me
when I came back from shopping and smiled and handed me my
packet. He also listened as I told him about my daughter's
job in SuperTarget in Atlanta. The guys in the photo dept would
roll their eyes when they saw a little old lady coming. It
obviously meant trouble and a learning curve for the customer.

Thankful for your employee's help and kindness!!! It was on
Monday morning around 10:30 or 11. Aug 18.

I was in your Harrison/Dent store this morning,as I am in this store 3 or more times a week, and got some of your great deals on fresh produce and fruit, when I walked up to the deli, I was so blown away at the way the deli looked. It was perfect, and everything looked so fresh. I was waited on by a nice employee, and I commented on how great the deli looked. It was a very good shopping experience. I am sure your company gets a lot of complaints, but I wanted to let you know that I was very happy, and this store must be doing something right. Thank you for your time.

Here is a picture of the dairy shelves. I have to drive to your Norton Shores Harvey Street to get my Chaboni Flip Yogurts. Your Holton Road store is always out and when they do have it, there is only two flavors! Another concern is your bottle return area. You have one glass recycle. There are usually long lines into the area.

4 of the 6 plastic recycle machines are broken. Long lines at the 6 lanes that are actually open. The Chesterfield Meijers is a complete disaster. I live 6 Miles from the store, but as of now, I will be going to Kroger.

Today i was shopping at the mejier store in melrose park, ill, at the winston plaza. They had several store personnel handing out samples of certain products. Mist were very friendly staff. The server I encountered in the bake shop however left a very sour taste in my mouth. The lady was very pleasant as i sampled a layered lemon cake. It was delicous. I asked where they were kept as i would like to purchase them. She said they are 5.99 but she was sold. I was disappointed but asked if ahe expected they have them soon and was told yes, we make them and we ahould have them tomorrow. I asked where i would find them and she pointed to the table in feot. Of the bAke ahop. As i walked away, anothe person sampled the cake loved it and was asking as i did where to find them. Ahe walked this custome to the table and said , oh, we have 1 left and handed it to the person. I was shocked. If you would care to check the footage this took place just before the fire alarm sounded Sunday, july 26 in the afternoon abt 4;30 or so. Very disappointed to be treated so poorly!!

When I shop at Meijer I always check out at the self serve isles. I do this because I want my food handled by as few people as possible. I do not appreciate the person stationed at self checkout pulling my food down as to hurry the checkout process. Today I asked the person to let me do that and he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and did it anyway. When I finished I stopped at customer service. I told them very nicely that I had a suggestion. This person responded saying,we are told to do that to speed things up. Maybe they could ask first?

I shopped for the first time at the Meijer Store in Portage, Indiana on Saturday July 19,2015 and unfortunately I will not be returning to that store. The store shelves were not stocked ( the stock was sitting in the floor in boxes), 2 employees one who was to be stocking the shelves was having a conversation with another employee regarding how unfair management was since seniority was not taken into consideration when decisions were made. As I proceeded to the dairy aisle the yogurt shelves were almost bare also. When I went to the deli there were several customers ahead of me the numbers for the deli were not available and the 1 clerk was busy restocking the salads. And did not wait on customers . I waited approximately 20 minutes to be served at the deli by another clerk whose shift must have just started.

I am a loyal Meijer customer and this trip was very disheartening.
