I'm a ten year old kid leaving review I might be ten years old BUT IM STILL LEAVING A REVIEW. Since I just got it for free THIS DOES NOT MeAn iTS an A+ And if it was here early ThAT STILL DOnt MEAN IT. a A+
Also panckes are delicious BUT THiS DONT MeAN ITS A+ REVIEW ??????????YOU DONT get a A+ because Best pancakes in the world besides McDonald's pancakes BUT STILL bAD SeRVICE and if this happened again it might as well be a C- so will this happen again? ? WELL IF It HAPPENS THE 3RD TIME I might never com back and leave a F-??

Horrific experience. The place was filthy. The servers were nasty. I went there for my birthday to get my double blueberry pancakes which I have eaten for the last 20 years.
The blueberries on top were not the compote that I normally get. This place is a disgrace. My friend got the eggs benedict. The eggs were scrambled not poached. I suggested Ihop and I am mortified.

We took our grandson to IHOP after his Christmas pageant. There wer 4 of us, he is 4 yrs old. It took five minutes to be seated in the almost vacant restaurant ( two other couples): After placing our order, we waited app 40 minutes to receive our food in the now empty, except for us, restaurant. They were out of ice tea (again, 10am in a vacant restaurant). Grandson's food was supposed to have bananas and strawberries on the side, but did not. French toast came cold. I had the only meal that was correct and hot, but no butter on hard toast, which I should have remembered from previous trips to IHOP. We didn't complain, just ate what we had because we needed to get home. A horrible experience at this IHOP at Steelyard Commons in Cleveland, Ohio. Oh, and to top it off, we were given a code to take a survey at your site which is no longer active.

I just want to leave a compliment for Jabalie Mike at the IHOP location at 15620 Panama City Beach Parkway #100, Panama City Beach Fl 32413. He was great at the register, he sat people, served food, and cleaned tables while keeping the flow of the customers. I just wanted to say he is an asset to the IHOP family.

We went to the IHOP on Dilson Ave. in Middletown, NY. Our server was May. What a fantastic person she is...she was at our table and we had drinks in minutes..our food was hot and just what we ordered...we've been back twice and make sure to request her ..she gave us an excellent experience!!

Hello, today at the newly opened location in Fond du lac, Wisconsin. for the most part it was good, but when we received out food it was not even really hot. place was not that busy, food was good. not sure if you use warmers, i had the grilled chicken, green and yellow beans and mashed potatoes, butter would not melt on either the bean or potatoes, either the warmers need to be turned up, or the food must go out when it is ready, my friend had the omelet, his also was just warm, not hot, but said it tasted good, just wished it was hot. same with me. i would give the place 7.5 out of 10, we will try it a few more times down the line to see if improvements are made

IHOP in Thomasville GA has employees serving food with no gloves or hairnets. This one employee was adding Mayonnaise to single serve containers and had no gloves on was using her fingers to push it in the cups. How disgusting it was to watch this. All the employee were waiting ito serve the customer's were in the same small area with their hair hanging over the food. Wearing no gloves or hats or hair coverings is disgusting to watch flinging fingers and hair everywhere.

Early this morning on my way home from a funeral in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My wife and I spotted an IHOP restaurant open in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I thought the place was closed, as the time was about 7:30am. I have never had such a bad meal from any IHOP restaurant. My eggs were terrible, my hash browns were not fully cooked , my sausage was only warm, and my coffee was old tasting!

I'm not a happy customer, I ordered a meal on Sunday and then couldn't cancel it. Either by phone or thru your app. That didn't stop you from charging my credit card $12.56. Talk about weak customer service. I really just want my money back. Not to worry I won't be using the ihop app again to order

I Was At Ihop Store #3451 8622 Us Hwy West Nw Madison, Al 35758 Today About 11:30 Am And I Believe #56 Pricila Was Our Waitress ( My Wife And I) And We So Impressed With Her And The Manager With The Care They Showed To Us That It Was A Pleasure Just To Eat There!!, And The Food Was The Best I Have Ate At Ihop Store And We Have Eat At Several Ihops Before The Hash Browns Were Just Like I Ask For (very,very Brown) The Waitress Was Moving Like She Loved And Cared For Job,she Checked On Us About Every Time She Pass By Our Table And The Manager About 3or4 Times And He Apologized For Interrupting Us But Just Wanted To Know If Every Thing Was Ok And If We Needed Any Thing And Again He Ask Like He Truly Cared!! And Will Say As I Told Him Her Both When We Wanted Good Food No Matter What Time Of Day We Would Come And See!!!

I waited 15 min at the IHOP in lakewood Colorado
I watched the manager on duty point me out to the server telling her she had a guest at the front as both of them walked straight to the back and left me. I asked if it was self seating or to wait and was told they'd be with me. Still wasn't sat and left to go to village in.

Went to get breakfast at the IHOP in Flagstaff Arizona on Route 66 and they told me they were closed because the cook was passed out in his car.

Before being told this, two employees sat in a booth instead of greeting me. I had to go into the restaurant and find them (hiding). I wasn't greeted at all. The employee just said "let me go see if our cook is ready." She returned and told me they were closed because the cook was passed out in his truck.

We eat at our IHOP at 7945 E. Broadway in Tucson, AZ at least once a week. We went tonight to get our "free" dinner for veterans. First, we were seat across from a dirty table. The hostess sat two young men there. I mentioned that the table was dirty. Her response was that she told them. I thought she would return with a cloth to clean up the table. She did not. Also, the drinks for Ihoppy Hour are supposed to be one dollar. We were charged 2.99 for both our drinks. The menu doesn't say that you only get one dollar drinks when you order off the 6.00 menu. Plus, we ordered mozzarella sticks that we did not receive. What is the point of giving a free meal to a veteran when you triple the price of the drinks? It was disgusting to watch people eat off of a dirty table, and we had very slow service. The store was busy, but shouldn't the manager expect a busy night when offering a veteran's special?

The husband and I went to your IHOP in Dade City Florida on February 21st 2021.
When we walked in we were told by one of your servers that she would be with us in a moment. We stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for her to seat us. one of your busters came out of the kitchen to clean tables off, and made the comment that we were standing there she turned around and looked at us and said yeah I know.
We were in there at 7:00 p.m., and I counted three tables that were seated in your restaurant. And instead of seating us, she stood at the counter waiting for a pot of coffee to finish brewing.
Well that coffee was making, she could have seated us but instead she stood there being as rude as possible. Ignoring the fact that we were standing there for 10 minutes. So we left and in a process of that she turned around and give my husband a nasty look. Do not know what her name is, she wasn't in front of us long enough to read or tag. But she was rude, and needs to be trained if she's going to continue to be a waitress. Three tables in the restaurant and she couldn't seat us in 10 minutes.

We are at I Hop In Bryant Arkansas . There Is Only Around 6 Customer In Here . WE were First Turned Away . BECAUSE We Did Not Have A Mask On . People Are about 25 Feet Apart . .We Had To Go Back Ouside AND get Mask . I understand Social Distancing But We Are NO where Around Anyone . ANd it is very hard to eat in a mask .. .Thanks Sarah Brown .. 2505 Hwy 79 South CAMDEN ARKANSAS People Are Being Turnned Away Constantly .

I work at an Ihop on Sunday thur Thursday its only two women in the store between 2am thur 4am then at 4am its three women It is very unsafe for us to be in there without a male in the store. Please get us a male or police things are too dangerous.

Never had worse service. There was at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing good was ok. First time in a long time I didn't tip. Won't be back

The Bossier City Location which we are regular customers at is in a state of turmoil since the prior manager who knew what she was doing has been sent to another location. Since then, the tension in the store is terrible. I know one precious lady who worked there quit because the replacement for Nancy Jones was ugly to her.
When my husband and I got there for breakfast today, a bunch of new folks were there who didn't have a clue what they were doing, the original bunch of waitresses are excellent but completely upset and this was obvious. Our food today was 't nearly as good as it used to be. I feel so sorry for the workers there who have become like our family. Our normal waitress Beverly is one of the best! I don't even know who is the manager now as we have seen 2 since Nancy Jones left. Someone needs to straighten this situation out, as that store is too good to be messed up.

Myself and four friends went to ihop In Oswego IL and they said they had no cook for 2-3 hour. I hop is our go to place 24/7. The host would not give me his name and was very rude!

This is Mister Moore I visit IHOP on the 11th if we waited in line they didn't see this for over 35 minutes forgot they we were there set several couples before us this is the second time this has happened spoke to the manager the manager said he will take care of it he did not the manager is not engaged and not good with customers not friendly I've been coming to this IHOP for the last 13 years once a week $40 you guys take the good managers and put them in different stores if it is not broken do not trying to fix it IHOP you need to pull your head out of your butt
