I have a hotpoint cooker, the grill element has been replaced , the replacement now has the same fault and requires replacing, I have taken photos of this grill element and it is obviously a design fault which the engineer agreed with myself. This will be an ongoing fault, the element has dropped due to lack of support. Obviously my cooker is out of warranty but this will require replacing on a regular basis.my question is who will pay for the replacement element as it is a design fault.

We purchased a dishwasher 2 years ago and the plastic coating on the bottom rack is coming off so the meatal is exposed. So I have dishes that are marked up from the metal rubbing my dishes. I have tried to contact Hotpoint to see if they would replace this defective rack. no luck.

I would like to say my experience with techinician 133 07 0391 was the best experience I have ever had with a repairman coming to my come. He was pleasant, professional and fixed the problem fast and correct. He explained what would assist in the future to prevent this problem from reoccuring. An excellent experience. Also your response time to my repair was fast. Thank you

Bought Hotpoint Condenser Tumble Drier from Kays catalogue on 3rd September. Delivery supposed to be 10 October. This showed right up until 9 October when delivery date suddenly disappeared from order. It's nearly November and I'M STILL WAITING!!! Kays tell me the hold up is at Hotpoint who just aren't communicating. No email, no message, no explanation or reason. Not a good start.

Unhelpful engineer/parts department. Lack of communication/reply by email/telephone. Wait ages for part replacement.
