This the second carpet cleaning machine I baught from your company.. And the brush only works for not even 4months and then stops rotating...these things aren't cheap now..and I'm super upset that I even baught your product..because of your products being very poorly made...I have spent 400dollars just trying that your company is credible...so unless I get some issues resolved here..I will gladly tell ppl about how poor your product is...especially at the store when Isee people about to buy this Hoover speed scrub 50 or any of your products for this matter

Thank you all for being here!
I had to use diatomacious earth to treat for FLEAS. I got rid of them once ... well, not really. Because some are back. (My vac requires a BAG that would clog up and wreck my $300.00 Progressive Vac ,from Sears.) So, I got a USED,(out of a dumpster!), Hoover Wind tunnel/pet UH70086. It has some issues I am trying to work through. I needed the book - AND YOU HAD IT!! Great Job everyone! Well done! I staple the receipt in the book of any appliance, etc. I buy. I probably have INSTRUCTION BOOKS in my file cabinet. If I do - you can have them! I don't care about "POINTS", just help others like I have been helped. Thank you all, Cindy Exeter CA

I have received a baumatic cooker through domestic and general less than 3 months ago. I have rang the offices several times for a repair as the item is no longer working and to date not received a call back. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am so frustrated. We have had to celebrate Eid without a working cooker and stresed with the kids off I am unable to feed them out door food constantly. Despite stressing the urgency to date I have received no call back. Avoid hoover candy. I will never buy anything from them again.

I'm trying to register the purchase of a washing machine. I would prefer to do this by email as phone calls at peak times are expensive.

I can't find an Irish site only a UK one but the UK website requries a UK postcode. It's a required field and I can't proceed without it but I obviously don't have a UK postcode. So we have reached an impasse.

The information card that came with the machine gives a UK website only. There is a number for ROI customers but, as I said, I prefer email.

There is no website for Irish customers.

Surely it can't be too difficult to link a page for Irish customers if you didn't want to set up a separate website. Or just allow us to leave out the postcode field.

IMO this is a big oversight.

I purchased a Hoover vacuum WindTunnelPETS model # UH30310 through Amazon that I am returning. It did not have a lever to position the vacuum flat do you could vacuum under furniture such as the bed. This is a very important function. My older model WindTunnel does have this function so I assumed this one would too. Why would this function be left out?

Also as soon as you moved the vacuum all the attachment fell off even the bag door. I was very disappointed in the low quality of this vacuum.

After having reported the Hoover DYN D8PX (7months old and showing E08 a fault which applies to mechanical failure,) to the Hoover customer service I was given a date for repair which was 5 days hence..30 mins before the engineer was due I was called by Hoover Service stating that this fault could be my responsibility and if so, I would have to pay for both the call out and repair. I was told that if I took out the extended guarantee that this payment would be avoided. Is this kind of hard sell illegal?I declined the offer. The engineer came, stinking of fish and chips said that he had re programmed the machine and all was well. Minutes after he had gone the machine was swiched on and still showing E08.The motor 'was to come from Italy'-this part unavailable in this country! All in all very unsatisfactory support and I will never buy Hoover or Candy again.

Appalling washing machines, customer serviceses are a disgrace, machine constantly breaking and having to wait weeks for an engineer!!! Never again will I purchase a Hoover or Candy product again!!!

Terrible terrible company and I feel so sorry for the repair men! Had my machine for a year and 5 months and it has broken down a grand 6 times! I had to pay £80 after a year to avoid the expensive call out charge (good thing I did!). Quality is clearly terrible, customer services are AWFUL: rude and condescending. Poor repair men are over worked and given too many appointments and then have to face the wrath of angry customers. Hoover treat employees and customers very badly.

Absolutely disgusted, will never buy another Hoover/Candy product in the United Kingdom. Have been waiting 4 weeks for spare parts that I have already been debited for and still waiting for. CAN NOT get a response from the Customer Services department to request refund. Have no alternative but to seek legal representation.

I guess I should have checked this site out first before purchasing our upright hoover extractor, It's in for repair, they have had it for almost a Month now, when my Husbands calls to see what is going on they tell him they are waiting on Hoover for the part. Whats up with that folks? I have a carpet that needs to be cleaned. mail them the dang hose so I can get my carpet cleaner back.

ARGHHH so frustrating and i've forked out for an extended waranty, not happy if this is the level of service they offer!

Hi you may think this is a silly suggestion however having purchased a new Hoover washing machine it has taken me an hour to remove the red label attached to the machine. It has left a square mark on the machine. May I suggest that you use a plastic peel off easy label as it would save customers time in trying to remove the glued on label. Would be interested in your opinion many thanks.u

Bought a HOOVER Washer Dryer about a month ago. The belt on the drum snapped during a dry cycle with one light towel. The repair man arrived with an attitude because he couldn't find parking (my fault, obviously). Told me the part would have to be ordered and would take 2 to 3 days. I get a call back from Hoover/Candy saying the part would come from Italy in about a week. No apology was offered and there was no acknowledgement that that is quite a bit of time to be without a washer. It's the little things in customer service that make a difference. Hoover/Candy just doesn't get it.

The worst company to deal with. They flooded my (deceased mums) bedroom in June 2013 and to this day Hoover / Candy have been messing me about to have the room repaired. The worst thing is the washing machine was fitted in my neighbor's house above me and flooded the room(no fault of mine)The customer service agents are rude and abrupt. Don't buy anything that has HOOVER/CANDY on it

3 visits to fix my washing machine.
Finally got all the right parts on the 3rd visit.
Told me machine was fixed but to wait 5 hours for some sealing compound to dry.
6 hours later turned machine on and water starts pumping over my kitchen floor.
4:30 in the afternoon tried calling the service line only to get a recorded message to say the office is closed (they close at 5!)
If you Google 'Hoover Bolton' you get the direct line to the call centre - choose the 'Buy Spare Parts' option and funnily enough they answer the phone; the spare parts department can then try and get an engineer for you.

kindly ensure to avoid purchasing this product
because their service has a very bad reputation. they never respond to any telephone calls or emails and
machine is always packed with troubles. administration as far as i understand has no clue as to the performance.
of the department.

good evening.
My washer dryer was purchase 12-9-12 so 1 year and 4 months ago. It has now broken down 3 times. 1st time error E07 u sent a repair man who said that there was a fault with this machine and by replacing a part the fault would stop. Second time was new years eve 2013, error E07 again...this time you told me i was no longer under warranty and 22nd Jan was 1st possible appointment and the fee to call out would be £120!!! for the same issue. i called out an independant repair man who fixed it in 2 minutes for £65.
Now 31st Jan 2014 surprise surprise the same issue. This machine is clearly faulty and i am NOT spending anymore money with HOOVER until this is resolved as it should have been on the first call out. I am completely disgusted with the quality of this item.
I have been sold a faulty item and hoover call centre have no interest but to tell customers that its not their problem and to pay the ridiculous call out and wait another month as you dont have any engineers in my area which is what i had last time.
this is not a service this is a rip off.
I would urge someone from Hoover to contact me ASAP as i will not be letting this lie.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a repair on my fridge freezer, and you cannot get through to customer services for love or money, and its a expensive number 0844.

Bought a £500 Hoover washer dryer, what a mistake ! The engineer has been out 3 times in 7 weeks still cannot fix the problem ( rattles like a pneumatic drill) engineer said he would get replacement machine. Hoover customer service have other ideas and are refusing. Crap product Crap service. AVOID. Hoover MD See you in the small claims court!

I have been listening to the recording on the Hoover Customer Service line for over half an hour, at goodness knows what charge - considering the fact that it is an 0844 number. Where is the service in that?

The minimum call out for an engineer, to fix my vacuum cleaner is £70, according to the website. This is more than I paid for the appliance in the first place. It would be cheaper to bin it and buy a new one!! Will I buy another Hoover product - let me think - NO.

I have made twenty to thirty calls to hoover without talking to anyone, excuses are high volume of calls, technical difficulties, closed. Not good enough their poor products are only superseded by their terrible customer service. Will never buy their products again.
