In short: Purchase an HP7525 on 11/14/2014 and had to have the printer head replaced on 2/12/15, then when that did not work a "new" machine was sent to us on 7/27/15. Now that machine does not work and i am told since it is out of warranty (since we were sent a remanufactured entire machine, that ended the any warranty, was NOT told this prior) and the best advise they have is to upgrade the machine. So now I have no working machine, extra ink leftover that cannot be used, and a sore feeling about HP products. Not good, as I expected much more out of this company.

I spent two and a half hours on the phone to get help. It was unsuccessful, they got my money and refuse to give refund. Suppose to be money back guarantee after 14 days of incompletion. This is a joke!

I Have 2 Hp Pavilion Touch Smart Sleekbook 14-b090sd. The Touch Screen Will Not Work Now That We Have Had To Update To Windows 10. Geek Squad Cant Figure It Out. They Said That It Must Not Be Compatible. This Is Bull. I Bought Touch Because That Is What I Wanted. Please Advise Me On What To Do. Dee Ward.

Have not received help after several attempts to call your number. I received a charge on my Master Card this month from HP. I would like to know what it is for and to cancel whatever if need be. I don't recall ordering anything. Thank you.

HP has the most infuriating website. They have made it impossible to download the drivers or software to their printers. When you type in the exact model number and you confirm it, it still sends you back to the model number. If you try a different site it sends you back to the main one. Hands down the WORST website in the world. I will never buy HP even if it was free.

I ordered Genuine HP ink from HP.com. I put the black in the printer and something was wrong with it, because, it fried my printer. Call HP and they were obviously from another country and the language barrier is quite difficult to deal with. Their solution is: I buy another printer (REFURBISHED) from them and return unopened ink for credit. Well there is the problem, they would not even pay for the ink cartridge that destroyed a perfectly working printer. So needless to say I am out of a printer and out of the cost for the black ink cartridge that fried my printer. What the heck happened to HP?

Today I called to get help with my laptop. I Got a person that I could not understand. Did get my laptop working by pressing the on button for 30 seconds. Then he wanted to get into my computer. I was getting frustrated because I could not understand him. I did not feel comfortable with him. I told him I was hanging up. Now he is calling me back. I dont know where he is and I will not let him get into my computer. I will think twice before I buy another HP product and I have had many. WHY ARE THE JOBS NOT IN THE USA

Worst Customer Service Evvvvveeerrrrr.! On Hold 45 Mins. On Phone With Tech Support For 40 Min. They Then Said I Would Recieve A Box To Return My Laptop For Repair (under Warrenty) 2 Weeks Ago And I Am Still Waiting For The Damn Box. Now I Have Been On Hold Again To See Where The Box Is???? I Need My Laptop. What A Run Around. If I Cant Even Get A Box What Are The Chances I Will Ever See My Laptop Again???? Good Lord. Neeevvvveeeerrrr Again. Hello Toshiba!

I just paid nearly $72 for an ink package. What a crock. HP used to be a good company that didn't screw you over. That and the printer (don't ask which one ,like you care) is crap. It eats cartridges like I eat breakfast. We are going to do everything we can to get a product that is user friendly and doesn't pay for HP's CEO to have a yacht.

End of story.

I just ended a online test conversation with an HP tech regarding my continuing issues with an HP printer. Had original printer 2 months and it crashed - printed defective. They sent another one "reconditioned" and it does not work - wireless radio defective. They now want to send a third one, but will take 7 business days!! I work from home and need a printer. Did not seem to bother the tech - just wanted credit card information just in case I don't return the printers! Totally unacceptable - I will be purchasing another printer - not HP

I just bought hp office jet pro6830 photocopy .and just using for two month I am getting sinne Oxc 19a0003 .called 1800 number somebody from Canada tried to reply but there was lots of beackgroud noes .finaly I got him but he was telling me how to fix my computer I told him four time that my printer is having problem .he hang up on me .

Finaly I called pallo alto ,but no reply .

Looking at googol reve loots of custom have problem with this printer ,before I call newsmidia I am asking you to call me at day time and help me to fix the problem.

I purchase only HP cartridges and found that when trying to print that after many hours with the Geek Squad of Best Buy I was told that even though I had a half a cartridge of black ink left and that my printer was in good working order that my ink cartridge was at fault. Now I know that there can be problems from time to time with your products, but $15.00 is a lot of money to throw away and to purchase another black ink cartridge. Is there no way to insure that the ink we all purchase is in good working order?

About two weeks ago I spoke to your office about 3 ink cartridges that I purchased and

all three had next to no product. Your representative said that she would replace

them...and I was pleased. You sent only 2? The third one was 901 black xl. Can't

help wondering why you lety me down with the third one.

Billing problem??? Call this am to have printer connected to computer (server had changed).Agreed to charge of 26.74 plus $1(handling fee). Problem not resolved and told I would have credit card "credited". Just checked my banking statement OUCH!!charged 4 times for a total of $110.96..

I contacted HP for a quote on a new laptop on Aug. 20, 2015. The rep took all my info and said he would e-mail the quote now. I have yet to receive it. I called Aug 21 and spoke to Rene, she was reluctant to e-mail a quote and finally did e-mail, but did not include everything. I took a survey and relayed my frustration. "Jeffrey" from HP Cust. Relations Manager said to call him. I did, left a message and no call back yet. I have always bought HP products, NO more, I bought a DELL. You people are missing the boat. I am in an office with 85 people, they will all know my predicament.

I called HP technical support for Malaysia several weeks ago because my seldom and infrequently used new HP laptop was giving me problems when I tried using it after several months had lapsed.

Tdespite being on the phone for over one hour, I think, the technical support team was unable to help resolve the problem and asked that I contact the Malaysia customer service. when my serial number was given, the staff insisted repeatedly that my 1-year warranty period had expired and any repair charges will be for me to bear. I insisted that my purchase was in end Dec 2014, and she kep insisting that she's unable to assist unless I show proof of purchase. I did that immediately. Then she emailed asking me for a PO number. No. w what is that, I asked, in a not so pleasant manner. I have not received a response since and my brand new laptop is still not working. If I can have an email contact address, I will gladly forward you all email correspondences. I am surprised at the level of customer service in your Malaysia office. Serious training needs analysis is required.

I have been trying for 5 days to get help with my printer. I have been unable to get anywhere with it. I have always had HP products, but I will no longer. I work at a place that sells them, and I will never recommend them again. You are happy to take the money for your products, but trying to get help after is next to impossible. I will throw this one out and get a different brand, so you don't have to bother yourself to help me.

Antoj in customer support, you are simply wrong. You have failed to reach me because you have not tried. The last time we spoke you were going to contact your supervisor and let me know what, if anything, you could do because my printer/copier/scanner/fax broke and was not repairable with less than two years of use. I informed you, short of a new machine, I will never again purchase another HP product and will encourage my friends, family and my company not to as well.

I spent all day Sunday trying to get help and so far today no help.I downloaded Windows 10 and hate it. Can I get 7 back? If so I would also need to get the driver back for my photosmartC309 printer.

Had hp printer for three years, was good. Then print head problem. Ok, new hp printer 5745. Problem-wouldn't copy unless machine was shut down and restarted. Worked with hp tech support for several weeks- no help. Returned printer and got hp 6835. Within a week print head problem, returned printer got hp5745. Same as #2 printer. Now same problem. Must shut down printer before it will copy. Am returning it weds for something else. Will it be hp? All this since February 2015

I have been 2 hours now trying to get some help! !!! My tablet will not charge...has an orange bar. Plugged it in for an hour...didn't help. Is there no one who can help me? I am an 80 year old living alone and depend on my tablet for everything. I am so disappointed in H/P for letting me down
