Hello, I bought a laptop from Dubai (UAE) about 3 years ago. The purchased laptop was unused for about 1 year. After starting working with a laptop (about 2 years ago) I had problems during working with the laptop. The laptop suddenly turned off. I had to wait for a while until the laptop was completely discharged and then I charged the laptop to be able to work. During the last few months this problem did not exist. But now there is this problem again. It seems that the internal development of the laptop has a problem. It seems that the laptop battery has a problem. I would like to get advice from your experts regarding this problem.

I've read a few of the other comments and they all seem to be negative. My experience was the same. I will never waste my money on HP again either. I just spent several hours today trying to resolve a problem with my OfficeJet Pro 8610 and got ZERO help after being on the phone for almost an hour. After dialing the help number, I had to hit the "0" 19 times before getting a person. Then the person had such a heavy accent that I could not understand half of what they said. All I could get out of them was "buy another printer". This is the first time this one ran out of ink, and it would not print a document on the black cartridge alone. The printer kept telling me to replace ALL FOUR cartridges to make it work, so after I went and bought another pack of cartridges it still did not work. I have two cars that are over 50 years old and I've had to put gas in them many times and they still run fine, but when this 8610 PRO ran out of ink, HP tech support told me to buy another one because this one was out of warranty. Warranty? WARRANTY?? Now I have to find a way to junk this electronic white elephant without harming the environment. BUL$%&#T!!!

Why is it everytime that I try to contact HP support I keep getting referred to technicians that want me to subscribe to a service I've used HP products for years and I'm now considering going with another company for my computer and printing needs

I have never, in two weeks, been able to access the least opportunity to get information on downloading a drive for my printer. The windows may as well be written in Greek, with Chinese punctuation. The last place I will ever look for help will be HP. You're too stupid to be in business. The only employees you have, that know what they're doing, are those building the product,and they're likely Chinese slaves.

I currently purchased an HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000, June 26, 2020, after asking the agent for any financing information, she was not able to give any information until toward the end of the call and was hard to understand, I proceeded to purchase with my Mastercard, found out while I surfing the web while buying I could purchase using PayPal no interest for 6 mths. I immediately called back 30 to 40 minutes, after a process spoke to a supervisor whom cancelled the purchase so I can repurchase using the PayPal. I was confirmed cancellation was completed, and we could proceed with repurchasing the same laptop and finance with PayPal. A week later I checking bills when I look at my Master card and see $1483.01 it was never cancelled so I currently paying for two laptops. When I call customer service both the agent and supervisor gave me such a runaround. The first agent told me that it would take two days for the cancellation to go through, well a week has already passed. Both told me that the cancellation has to be approved in other words if they do not approve I am stuck with two laptops, and if I return not only do I have to pay the interest on my card but restocking fees. Is there something wrong with this picture. The final straw was that I am supposed to check my emails every day for shipping information, and immediately cancel the shipping to be returned hoping they do not return the 2nd purchase which I bought with my PayPal account. This process does not make sense to me at all, everything left to the customer to do, there is no real cancellation process except that you pay for the laptops then get penalized for the one you wanted cancelled from the beginning.

I bought a new HP Envy from a local box store. It malfunctioned 3 weeks and 2 days after I had it, 2 days longer than the local store would take it back. I had to send it to HP to get the wifi connection fixed. After they had my pc for 6 weeks, they let me know that it had arrived damaged, and required $500 to fix what should have been under warranty. The pc was NOT damaged when I sent it in. Either FedEx or some one there damaged the screen. They refuse to fix the initial problem concerning wifi without fixing the screen, without my paying the $500. I had a supervisor on the line 2 days ago, who after hearing the entire story, said that I didn't have to pay for the repair and passed me to another person. When I started talking to the other person, they claimed the first person never told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the repair. Absolutely criminal behavior. I will NEVER buy another HP product again. I'll be an anti-HP person for the rest of my life.

NEVER buy HP again. Time lag disrupted my access to work site. Had to reset every time I logged on. Spent 3 months trying to fix it on blogs and tech sites. Finally called HP and they would be happy to fix a problem I have had with their product since day 1 for a feeeeeeeeeeee. No thanks, I saw that one coming. I will never buy HP again!!!

I ordered a hp envy a week ago and was promised one day fedex. They still have not delivered it and now says it never left. I've been on hold with HP for hours. We will cancel order immediately. I was warned of their horrible service and will never deal with them ever!!!

I returned unused ink to the HP warehouse and I have yet to receive my refund which I was told I would be getting. I have been talking to Rebecca, a supervisor, and I thought she was going to help me in this matter but as of yet I have not received my refund or even the credit.

HP customer service is absolute crap. Received the wrong printer, and after hours on the phone and numerous failed promises, I still don't have a return label a week later.

I have never been so rudely talk to by someone trying to help you. The guy was a total jerk. It was almost harassment. His name is Daniel Brian and he was on the phone with me at 4:00 central time. I hope that this call was recorded and can be listened to by higher ups. This jerk should NOT be in customer service.

I will NEVER buy an HP product again! I own my business and would NEVER put my customers through this kind of ridiculous nonsense! WORST customer service that I have dealt with in a very long time!

I made the mistake of buying your products and then buying virus protection. Now Everytime I call. I get some one in another country. I have been trying to cancel the virus protection because it never worked. The people I speak with keep saying the phone is breaking up and they hang up on me e en though I was calling from a land line. Now they are saying the can only refund $150.00. because I waited so long. I have been waiting over a month now to respond to the email which I never received go get less than half of my money back.

i ordered an hp pavillion on 11-28 from hp, here it is 12-21 and i still haven't received it. it was stuck in china and now it is stuck in tennesee. i could have walked into a walmart and received it the same day. horrible service
