You're product is horrible. I regret ever buying the Hayward Product for my pool it's been nothing but glitch after glitch. Not to mention the new firmware I don't even know how to upload and update in my current equipment. Customer service SUCKS!!! Can't talk to anyone, let alone the horrible website that doesn't even give an option to leave an email or talk to anyone.....

I have been trying for days and days and days to reach any live person from Hayward customer service. The first day I waited 1hour and finally gave up! I've call almost every phone number listed for Hayward including your corporate on the web, some numbers weren't even Hayward numbers, yet listed under Hayward contact numbers.. This morning I started all over again seeking technical help for my new pool sweep..I have called these numbers and every time it stated " YOU HAVE REACHED US AFTER HOURS"
You state your hours are from 8 am to 5pm, I was calling well after your 8 am.. How does this company function...in other words, YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Have all of your corporate suits give it a try, call any number of your non "CUSTOMER SERVICE" contact numbers! Love your products! Seriously disgusted with what you call Customer Service.....
I finally did reach a human..They then passed me on to another person they new nothing a of the products?
They then said a service tech would call me back...someone indeed did call...Again it's wasn't a technician....again they said a technician would call......within 24 to 48 hours..........This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Really 1 to 2 days?. This represents a lack of concern for a customer... ya gotta at least try to get better.. I have read many customer feed back stories and they all read pretty much like mine. CAN'T REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a true statement, it's unfortunate that the suits aren't paying attention..

I cannot express how frustrated and disgusted I am with your product. I feel you stole $1000 from me by not resolving my issue on a gas heater that was bought in April used from June to the middle of July 6 weeks after multiple calls and emails I feel no one cares and your company is a fraud. I will never buy a Hayward ever again and I will make sure I tell my story to everyone I know and then some

Can I get some help leaving my apartment had surgery on my left foot on 10/24/16 on 11/2/16 I had a Dr appointment I fell on the stairs and broke my right ankle I live up 11 steps and I have a Dr appointment 11/04/16 I need help getting out my apartment and into my sisters car do the fire department help in these situations.

customer service is impossible to get thru, I have been on hold for 1 hour 36 min. Now. You call this customer service?
