I have a fagor duo pressure cooker. I have enjoyed having it for a few years. But now I cannot push the button on it forward. I have tried your 2 phone numbers and reached a voicemail for a bakery in New Jersey. I sent an email a few days ago, and have not received a response. Help.

I have tried to reach a human for most of today and the customer service line is ALWAYS busy.
I need answers about my pressure cooker...please!!

I purchased 2 Fagor glass door commercial refrigerators and after 15 months of purchase I'm having not but trouble with both units. within the last 30 days every week sometimes twice a week they break down causing me to throw away refrigerators full of food. Local company promptly comes out to fix the problems but replacement parts continue to fail. Reached out to Fagor Miami Was promised a replacement if the problems continued and when Julio and one of his techs came out they said the coolers were repaired and Julio broke his word about the replacement needless to say the were not operating the very next day . They went ion to say we damaged the the units with water ...none of the countless techs ever mentioned that because in my opinion it's all lies. In the past 6 weeks units have been repaired / not working condition 4 times each. Before I consult with an attorney please give any answers.
