Don't trust this company. They continue to charge for canceled subscriptions!

These are organized crime at its finest. I am a Combat Veteran Marine of 18.5 years. I purchased Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 so I could work at home. I was sent a link from digital river that I saved. It had no order confirmation number. When I try to redownload the product again to the same computer, it says the link is broken. I called and they tell me that I have purchased two products through them, none of which are the aforementioned product. The guy then proceeds to tell me that he cannot help me and hangs up. This place is a joke. Either stand behind your service or get the hell out of selling in the United States.

I ordered an HTC Vive with Digital River as a distributor on Feb 29th. It is now April 29th and I still have not received my order. There many, many people on Reddit who ordered Late March and Early April who have already received their orders. There are also many others like myself who have ordered on Feb 29th who have not received their orders. How can orders placed a month later arrive and the Feb 29th orders not even be shipped? How can a company operate like this? If you have a choice I would avoid this company at any cost. I will never again order anything that is distributed through Digital River.
I want to cancel my subscription with AVAST. My ID isexpiration date July 19 2016. I had to have my PC worked on because you didn't do the job of keeping the malware and malicious software from shutting down my pc. This cost me $149 to get it fixed. I have requested to cancel Avast for over three weeks now. I don't; hear from anyone or do I get emails about this matter. I am no longer using my computer due to illness so I would like to cancel this order and service. My order ID is . Ordered on 12-29-14. the amount is $65.45.
Please credit my account with this amount as this was a 30-day free trial. Today is 1-29-15 but I have tried on several occasions to cancel. Please take care of this today.
please help me, while downloading Roxio from your site my system crashed.. I think I have it running again but I could not retrieve I did not add your extended download onto my order. next time I will know better.. if you can help an old man I would surely appreciate it.
I ordered dragon naturally speaking home edition on 8-13-2013. when, I first installed it. I had no problem. now, all of a sudden It has been nothing but a nightmare. this, software has been nothing a major headache. If, I would have known in the beginning that I was going to have issues with this product. I would have never spent the $69.99 that I did. now, this software will not work properly because I am told that I have no sound on my computer. I do have a soundcard on my computer. sounds to me, like this dragon naturally speaking software is full of bugs. and major issues. I would not recommend this software to anyone that I know at all. this software is a major joke.

Entirely agree with adverse comments. Tried to cancel auto-renewal but couldn't access account because "not valid e-mail address". Asked for new password, which was sent to this e-mail address but still not recognised when trying to access account management! No other e-mail addresses to contact and have been informed by the "not valid" e-mail address that they have taken my money!
Don't use Digital River.
The WORST company ever. Purchased the Microsoft program, never received it and Digital River told me it isn't their problem. I mentioned to them that their name shows up on my CC statement. She stated that even though it shows up, they will not issue a refund and to contact Microsoft. Microsoft is not taking calls. So needless to say, I got ripped off by Digital River. Never, EVER go through this company for ANYTHING.
This company has debited my CC withour my consent. I purchased from digital river 12 months ago, as a one off purchase. I have since been charged again and have disputed the transaction. Digital river will not assist and I am now liable for this second $120 transaction.
Do not use digital river.
Digital River is a complete rip off! I purchased AVAST THRU PAY PAL which I thought was a safe transaction. Pay Pal told me to dispute the transaction with DR. That was impossible, trying to jump thru all of the hoops. And pay Pal refused to do anything about it. They are probably in bed with Digital River. DR SHOULD be investigated!!! But they are probable a foreign company, and outside of the US jurisdiction. So go figure??
