This company has total contempt for its customers. There is virtually no customer support. I have called their support line five times and have been told to leave my phone number. But nobody calls you back. I finally got an email after about a week that didn't fix the problem. I emailed back but of course got no response. I am thinking of writing to Best Buy to advise them to stop selling Definitive products.

Wanted part for my pro sub 1000 tech told me

In about a month?! Because of restructuring!!!? Won't be buying your products again !!! Will order new sub from abt electronics not

Have been waiting for weeks for my replacement w serious speaker system.
I'm being told it's an IT issue and there is nothing leaving the warehouse. So I'm without a system and out the money I spent. Not real happy at the moment with this company.
