Saturday January 27th, just ate a whopper meal at the poplar store in Collierville Tn. No tea sitting out, ketchup machine not working and no paper towels in restroom. Complained up front about these things, 3 young ladies behind counter were not concerned. Whoever is the manager should be fired! Will go to Boya's just down the street next time and eat a real burger for the same price. So long Burger King!

I'd like to bring attention to the EXCELLENT customer service that is consistently provided by "Lenda" at the Swansea, Illinois Burger King. She is a bright spot in my day 3-4 days a week. She is ALWAYS positive and kind while going through the drive thru line. Please recognize her for her great attitude and wonderful customer service. She is the reason I go to this restaurant for breakfast so frequently. Thank you Lenda!

I went to. Burger King inn Boron Hwy 395 . The drive up window was so dirty, you couldn't see through it. The food we tried to eat was so greasy. It had a strange flavor. I used the bathroom. Filthy. Mind you Boron is in the middle of nowhere. I have been to many Burger kings. The food did not have that awful flavor. The packaging was soaked. A few bites and I couldn't eat it.

I just read that Burger King is celebrating pride month. I find this disgusting. I come to BK to eat not have pride or race shoved in my face or mouth , in this case. Stay out of politics and do what you do best sell great burgers! I cannot understand why companies feel they have to constantly bend to the few. When are you having straight month or Christian month! Never I'm sure. This is a sad attempt to sell burgers! So glad I don't have young kids to explain to why my burger has two top or bottom buns!. Trust me I would say the worker made a mistake. Corporations like this are causing more dissension , not bringing people together. With gas, food and housing prices rising it may become a luxury to eat fast food. I hope others like me will remember this .

The shake machine at Burger King located at 3630 Wedgewood Lane, Lady Lake/The Villages, FL, 32162 has not been on the fritz for over a year. Every time I've gone there I was not able to get a shake. So I had to go to McDonalds. Could you please send them a new machine or teach them how to operate it properly.

On my last visit to a BK in Danville, PA I was very disappointed to learn that grilled chicken was no longer availalbe for salads. Being diabetic I'm saying "So long" to BK. However, if BK would offer whole wheat buns, perhaps we could enjoy a burger now and then.

I visit the Clinton location on Springridge Rd. I ordered a jr whopper and a medium coke. The manager took my order as well as passed it out. The bread is rock hard. The cheese is not melted I asked for no onions, and onions is on my sandwich. The burger is cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave. This is unacceptable for a location that didn't have any customers in the drive through. I feel my order was just thrown together.

this evening i stopped at the bk in quartzsite, az. i sat at the drive thru speaker for about 15 minutes . i then pulled up to the window and was told that the drive thu was closed, i said that there was no sign posted, the young girl the informed me that if she posted a sign she would be fired. i parked in the front to walk in, and had to make my way to no less than 8 panhandlers. they were sitting on the benches the the older folks sit to eat their ice cream, i ask asked the cashier for the attached mobile station, all she could say was ya i know.. i went to the bk side and found that young girl taking orders, she took a mans order and then told us that she had to go in back to cook it, at this point i have been there about 30 min with no food, i walked out, again through a sea of dirty panhandlers, oh yes, and the place was filthy dirty,so why should i ever go back there. i may call the health dept, labor board, and any one else i can think of

Terrible BK's app and customer service. BK overcharged my bank a/c for the goods I did not order because of APP's mistake. They refused to refund without providing any reason. BK customer service team and BK mobile support team are passing the buck each other. They intend to take advantage of this misappropriated gain of $28.52 from their customers.

Got your new app. It is terrible, it will not let me order anything till I sign in which time it won't let me order anything till I go through it again. Congrats on making it impossible to to use it.

The River Rouge location on November 27 on Jefferson it took me 20 minutes to get my food because it was only two workers working and the manager told me I could not get a receipt which I think I was overcharged I think everybody in here need to be fired

The burger king in shelton, wa stole my husband's debit card on 11/25/2019. They never gave him a receipt or his card back. When calling them the were rude. Also everytime ive been there the mess up our order. Anything over 4 items they screw up. The manager (a guy) is so freaking rude everytime I see him i will talk with someone else.

Worse customer service Fairfield ca at 2005 Huntington Dr., they will not answer the phone at that location either, my double cheese burger bun was hard as a rock the cook couldn't help but notice that. I have been contacting the corporate office returns since September 26, 2019 twice a month they constantly tell me that a supervisor will contact me and still nothing, I have been trying to get a refund of $9.60 this is unbelievable. Angry customer.

Thee worst service. Wait for my meal about 5 to 10 minuits. Backed up in drive thru. Which i get. Order got erased by mistake. Girl helping at drive thru. Was rude said we cant give you what is not there. Said to her i been waiting over 5 minuites. ASked for my reciept back cause person in charge dropped it. ANd mumbled very quietly sorry about that. Nothing to rectify it. Didn't even say do you need any sauses. Yes i ate my meal. But the service in that store was crazy and out of control. Store adress 9154 e main street Mesa Arizona. 85207 phone # 480-986-0116 oh yeah cant do the survey. Cause the receipt is none readable. I don't complain but that was crazy.

Well here goes please get rid of tacos they were really lousy,I have been sick lately so my son went and bought me a chicken sandwich with some kind of nasty cheese on it and it really was nasty had to throw it in garbage.please if your going to sell something different make sure it's not garbage.about the only thing that is worth anything is the burgers,unless you going to change that too.stick to tried and true.

Visited the Burger king on memorial never will i ever again i waited for 45 mins in the drive thru and my food was messed up and i couldn't go inside because they had the doors locked and the drive thru was still wrapped around the building so i just threw my food away.

I love your Berger's which is why I think promoting the meatless burger is a wast of money. Why are you trying to compete with yourselves? If the new veggie burger was healther or designed to bring non meat eaters that would be fine but noneat eaters are not going into your stores for any reason, they smell of meat! And definitely the nutrition value over meat is doubtful, stop wasting your money, come up with something to attract teens who do eat there any more.

I went to Burger King today for my family and my 88 year old dad. I got my order for my family and also ordered a cheese burger for my dad. I was going to call them and tell them how happy I was that the order was hot. I was very happy. When I got to my dad's house there was no cheese burger. Now I know that this is only a dollar but my dad is 88 don't eat much. When I called and complained the manager told me that her dad had passed so don't tell her about my living dad. This is unacceptable. I will never go to Burger King again. And I will put this on online. SO UPSET.

I have been to the new Burger King in Beaumont, Texas several times and I really like the tacos. The only problem is they have shorted me one taco twice. I realize I should check my order before leaving the window.

The one here in bushnell,their are a couple girls who sre very rude.every time I go thru they are always out side sitting at the drive thru.cant pull up because their friends is blocking the window and they always tell me your equipment is down . I will never go their againe and you are paying people to run ooff customets. The two young men are nice they are keepers. Thank you

The Bk in Lilburn is awful. My family and I will not eat there again. The order was completely wrong. The tacos were awful. I got the order to go. I called immediately they wanted me to come back.I worked didn't want to deal with traffic and was tired. Not the first time they got my order wrong or the second either. Very unhappy.

My wife and I stopped at a New BK location in Stuart FL. Last week and had a terrible experience. Service at the counter was totally unacceptable. Four employees behind the counter when we walked up to counter, no other customers waiting. We were ignored while they walked back and forth talking. After several minutes a my order was taken, the employee was paid for our order and he walked away. He came the money to another employee to ring up without saying a word to us. After getting our order we found the condiments ketchup and napkins Empty at 12 noon? Several other customers where going back to the counter complaining about mixups on the it orders. Overall poor experience, will go to Wendys, McDonalds, Culver's, Sonic across the street in the future. I sent a complaint email to Corp. and No response
